Hotel pemandangan pegunungan di Fusong

The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality

Overall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value. What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Saya membawa anak-anak saya ke Wanda Resort untuk bermain ski. Saya mengikuti tren dan memesan Momoland secara online. Saya merasa tempat ini sangat cocok untuk menginap bersama keluarga! Kamarnya nyaman, suhunya sesuai, dan sarapannya lezat. Ada banyak kegiatan kecil yang dapat diikuti di lobi. Tidak hanya termasuk 2 tiket ski besar dan 1 tiket ski kecil, tetapi juga 1 tiket masuk gratis ke pemandian air panas dan lereng universitas di resor. Resor ini memiliki bus transportasi melingkar dan antar-jemput bandara gratis. Sangat nyaman dan sepadan dengan harganya!

Fasilitas: Sangat suka, nuansa liburannya sangat terasa. Kebersihan: Tidak ada masalah besar. Lingkungan: Kamar dan area umum restoran semuanya bagus. Layanan: Tidak ada masalah, cukup antusias dan perhatian. Lain kali jika berlibur ke Gunung Changbai, Park Hyatt akan tetap menjadi pilihan utama saya.

We had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help. Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold. Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope.

Saat membawa keluarga ke Gunung Changbai, kami memilih Hotel Yida dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang fantastis! Lokasinya benar-benar luar biasa, dekat dengan area wisata, sehingga sangat nyaman dan menghemat banyak waktu perjalanan kami. Sangat menyenangkan bisa kembali ke hotel setelah seharian berwisata. Fasilitas hotel baru, kamar bersih dan rapi, kamar dengan pemandangan gunung memiliki pemandangan yang indah, dan fasilitas seperti ruang catur dan kartu sangat bermanfaat. Pelayanannya juga sangat baik; staf resepsionis ramah dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan cepat, dan mereka bahkan menawarkan pembatalan gratis – sangat fleksibel! 👍 Nilai uangnya benar-benar tinggi. Menginap di sini untuk perjalanan ini adalah keputusan yang sangat bijak, dan saya pasti akan memilih Yida lagi saat saya berada di Gunung Changbai berikutnya!
