Ulasan Hotel Mamta Palace, 500 Meters from Nakki Lake

Big NO to this hotel.rooms are very small almost like a bathroom.The Google reviews and star ratings are totally fake. The hotel is same like normal ********** even not a standard dharmshala.smelling bathroom, room and bed..nothing was good..Booked for 2 adults and one 6 year old kids but even bed was not enough for 2 adults properly..They were saying to use mattress even there was no spaces..please refer some attached photos/video.

The hotel was pretty good, satisfied with that, the room was cleaned and ambience was good, but the food was pretty average, didn't like the food.

Bedsheets and pillow cover, blankets cleanliness can be improved. There were minor stains. Saw 2 bedbugs at 403. Some rooms are small, some old, some big and some are new. Make sure to choose a good one. The location is good, with some hill views. Some parking is there outside. A market nearby. Nakki lake is not very far away. Common place like 1st floor zula is very relaxing. Food is good and affordable. Service and staff are good.

The room is just fine, the condition of the bed is very average, there is a lack of wall ports for charging, the walls of the room are mostly fine but some parts have patches in them. Rest it's good. Images added

The room service and housekeeping staff were efficient and thorough. My room was alway clean and well-maintained, and any requests for extra towels or amenities were promptly fulfilled.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff handled my luggage and ensured that I had everything I needed.

The room is not as you can see in the photo, the bathroom is dirty, instead of a deluxe room, was given a half room. The place is worth the price. The bachelor looked and gave him a corner room and hot water was also not given. He gave him regular water, mineral water was not given either, mosquitoes also had a bad bed and mattress.

worst experience. staff is also not interested in hospitality. AC was in poor condition. Area outside room was also dirty. so much waste products on way to room.

rooms are were very small size. the condition of washroom was terrible. toilet seat was very terrible. Third class hotel
