Staff were attentive to your needs. Services blew my husband off . We will return in Dec2026

Excellent stay! Ryokan was clean and spacious. Dinner and breakfast were out of the world. Attention to details with an elaborate menu. Outdoor onsen was also fantastic! Would gladly stay again if visiting the area!

The service is outstanding since my first step into the hotel. The room is big like i can run around. Breakfast is great. Plenty of good food served as japanese set. Onsen is really comfortable. I went there in summer that there were not many tourists. So sometime, there was only me in the onsen. It was very quiet peaceful and relaxing A mark for those who books for dinner excluded bundle. There are rarely any restaurant around. There is one in front of the street corner (5mins walk) but the opening time and date could not be expected. You can find something to eat from Family mart (20 mins walk).

Excellent environment and service

The service was amazing and the food was good too . The beds were comfortable,and everywhere was clean. It was just an amazing experience . I would love to come back again!

歴史的な老舗ですが、立地が良い、環境は素晴らしいです。 お料理ですがが、美味しくない！ もう行く事がないと思ういます。

酒店的員工十分熱情有禮,細心.非常滿意！訂的房間是包含半露天風呂, 環境很棒.房間也打掃得很乾淨 早餐和晚餐也十分豐富和美味. 十分推薦!!!!

無可挑剔的服務態度，店員由進門時殷切的服務態度已令我感到賓至如歸。酒店內是傳統日式設計，非常整潔，溫泉只是 1000-1300 不開放。

とても落ち着いた雰囲気の旅館でした。 女将さんや従業員の方々が明るく出迎えてくれました。廊下ですれ違えば、笑顔で挨拶をしてくれて、とても気持ちが良く、素敵なひとときを過ごすことができました。 部屋の内装や設備は少し古いものの、汚い、壊れているといった印象は無く、臭いも気になりませんでした。 そして、なんと言っても温泉が良かったです。軟らかく肌に馴染む温泉だと思います。景色もよく、ずっと見ていられます。個人的に、露天風呂は森の中にあるようなものなので、虫(アブ)がいたことが気になりましたが、殺虫剤が置いてあったので安心できました。 食事は朝食のみ頂きましたが、岩手産のひとめぼれや山菜を使った料理で美味しかったです。 またいつか訪れたい場所です。

酒店的員工十分有禮熱情，工作認真，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。晚餐和早餐都很豐富，很欣賞他們主要都是採用當地產新鮮食材，既美味又健康。訂的房間有半露天風呂，房間空間不算小，這樣的價格算是可以了。

차와 택시가 아니면 모리오카 역에서 가는 방법은 버스뿐으로 보입니다. 미리 잘 확인하셔서 가시기 바랍니다. 직원 모두 매우 상냥하고 친절합니다. 특히 조식, 석식은 꼭 드시기 바랍니다. 양이 충분할뿐 아니라 고급스럽고 맛있습니다. 또한 대욕장의 야외온천을 꼭 즐기시기 바랍니다. 최고의 힐링을 느낄수 있을겁니다. 또 가고 싶어요.

到着時からとても感じの良い従業員の方々がお出迎えしてくださり、滞在中とても快適に過ごせました！ 特にお食事が季節のものを使って、さらに丁寧なお出汁を使って作られていて、大変美味しく家族で大絶賛でした。提供される器も素敵でしたし、従業員の方のサービスも行き届いていて大満足でした！また泊まりにきたいです。

家族旅行で利用しました。 ゆっくりくつろぐことができました:)
