Ulasan Morioka City Hotel

Location was excellent, minutes walk away from the JR Station. But cleanliness especially under the beds was not great. Bathroom was acceptable.

I only stayed for one night, but the price was cheap, it was very close to the station, the bed was big and very comfortable to sleep in, the service staff was friendly, but it was a pity that there were too few plugs and charging was not very convenient, overall it was pretty good

It was close to the station and there were convenience stores and izakayas nearby, so it was very convenient. I just needed to stay in the room, so I'm glad I used it.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the JR station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores on the street. The hotel is inside a building. The elevator goes up to the lobby on the third floor. The old corridor of the hotel is very dark. The room was not very clean, there was dirt on the carpet and bathtub, and only sheets were changed for the bedding. A small old-style TV, the countertop is too thin to put anything on it, and the bathroom is also very narrow and you can touch it when you turn around. The clerk didn't say much, so he just threw the key on the counter to me. I don't feel comfortable overall.

This time I stayed at this inn just to sleep, but it was a little inconvenient because you had to go around the building to get to the parking lot. Also, wagons and other vehicles are not allowed in, so you have to use a nearby parking lot. It might be fine if you're just staying there to sleep, but there's a Daiwa Roynet store nearby, so next time I'll go there.

I stayed here the night before catching an early morning Shinkansen train. The location makes it easy to get to the station without getting lost, and the price (single room for around 3,000 yen per night) is an unbeatable advantage. It's true that the doors to the guest rooms show signs of age, but this adds to the charm, and although the room is small, it's spacious enough if you're just going to sleep there. The bathroom even had a bathtub, so I was able to take a nice long bath. I was surprised to see that there was even an air purifier in the room. I left my luggage there before check-in, and the front desk staff were always smiling and helpful, which made me feel good. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Today, there are more than 300 mosquitoes per night in the hotel opposite the main train station in Japan. How difficult it is to survive the peak cherry blossom season😂 The room is not big but the bed is very comfortable. It is neat and clean. The location was great because it was in the city. It was great that we could go sightseeing in Morioka right away because it was in the city. However, we went by car, so the parking lot was small.
