I received a call a few days before our stay and was told that our room had some damage so they would be upgrading us to a different, larger room. I then called and spoke with the office the day of arrival to get check in instructions, no further issues where mentioned at this time. When we arrived for check-in to our upgraded larger room we found severe water damage, along with multiple buckets to catch any further leaks. Overall cleanliness of the room was below expectations. I spoke with the main office and expressed understanding that they could not have prevented the water leak, but it was evident they knew about the leak and they had multiple opportunities to inform us before our arrival of the issue and we could have found alternative lodging. I was told that further management would reach out as they understood there was a lack of communication on their side. It has been multiple days and I still have never received a call from anyone, even after reaching out a hand full of times. Overall very disappointed, our trip was during this areas "off-season" and there where multiple lodging options and we do not believe we should have paid full price for this condo when the condition was far from ideal. Had this management company let us know of the damage we could have easily found another place to stay in much better condition for the same price.
