Sonder Maisonneuve

位置位於核心區域，旁邊是康考迪亞大學，很適合家庭入住，步行可達很多景點，妥妥的地鐵房，去遠點也很方便，最關鍵的是所有家庭用品齊全，通過Sonder App溝通，如果有什麼需要都能滿足，裝修比較簡單且有損耗，買點菜和調料就能燒飯、每天可以洗衣烘乾，入住期間無清潔服務要靠自己。我們住了12天，更像短租公寓，非常滿意！

Central and walking distance to Centre Eaton. Guy/Concordia metro station is within 5 min walk. Tons of Restaurant options.,Grocery Store - Adonis and AP is within 10 mins walking.

Excellent location . No free parking on site but you can easily find street or underground parking.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were greeted with experienced staff when we arrived. They helped with parking details as this hotel does not offer free parking. The room was clean and spacious enough for four people. My only suggestion would be to put a fresh coat of paint on the doors. The washroom door was a bit messy looking as it was white and showed every mark. This didn’t bother us as the washroom itself was clean. We walked to the bell centre from this location (approx 12 mins on snow covered sidewalks). The kitchen was stocked with utensils and the freezer had ice in it. We had a washer and dryer right in our room. The second bathroom was fabulous for 4 people. We will definitely be back.

The property itself was fine- nice even. But I had no idea it was a self service property- no service, no front desk, self check in, download the app, upload your license and photo etc. … I never would have booked it if I knew that was the set up.

The apartment/condo had a lot scuffs and marks on the walls. It was a little dated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff communicated quickly and responded to requests promptly. The most appealing part of the stay was the area and access to shopping and restaurants.

The goods: Interior of the property was as advertised. Quite spacious room with high ceilings. Looks of a proper studio. Place was very clean. Spacious bathroom with parallel mirrors and bathtub not in view of the toilet. Large balcony. Fully furnished kitchen with all possible amenities. Storage space to store luggage upto 10pm. Front desk was very nice and polite. Check in process was very simple. The bads: The outflow of the bathtub was congested. Someone from maintenance came and fixed it next day. Check in at 4pm but check out at 11. A bit problematic if you check in at 4pm and find some issue with the bathroom or some amenities. 4pm in any time of the year is too late. It's basically evening. 11am is too early. You are making me lose 5 hours in a day. A room doesn't take 5 hours to clean. Especially the sonder app allows early check-in and late check-out if you book paying a premium of 30ca$. This is quite predatory pricing. I know many hotels follow the same but it is still what it is. Not good hospitality. Not too bad but better be aware: Some rooms especially the lower floors have absolutely no privacy if you don't bring the curtains down. There are apartments/hotels with windows that look directly into the room. The balconies are almost interconnected and people can look into each other's room. So if you are a very private person may not be fun to roll up the blinds. In a whole it was a good experience except some points I mentioned. Can recommend.

I would like the sonder if somebody ask about the best area to stay in Montreal I’ll recommended this cool hotel apartment!
