Ulasan Lelux Hotel

Lokasinya sangat bagus. Stasiun kereta bawah tanah Berri terdekat adalah tempat pertemuan garis oranye, kuning, biru dan hijau. Sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke mana saja dengan kereta bawah tanah. Sering ada pertunjukan di taman kecil di tengah jalan yang jaraknya lebih dari 100 meter, dibutuhkan 15 menit berjalan kaki ke Chinatown dan 25 menit ke dermaga tua... Menurut saya ini adalah titik awal yang baik untuk orang yang suka untuk berjalan, dan perlahan menghargai keindahan kota ini. Fasilitas hotel agak tua, tetapi masih bersih, tenang, dan aman, Layanan kamar akan berinisiatif untuk menanyakan apakah perlu dirapikan dan dibersihkan setiap hari. Singkatnya, saya sangat puas!

The hotel is close to the subway station and easily accessible in many directions!

In my previous response I noted we were unable to make the trip as amtrak had to cancel all service to Montreal owing to a mudslide that blocked all four tracks on that route. We were unable to locate alternate transportation, called to cancel and were informed if we did not show they would keep the entire deposit. Fortunately, we had planned only three nights. Image the windfall they would have received if we had planned two week stay!

The location of this establishment was great, you were within a very short drive/walk to the old downtown of Montreal. The place itself I would classify it as a high class motel rather than an hotel in my opinion. The two queen beds we had were great and clean and so was the washroom. The room could have been tidied up a bit more but overall was okay. The hotel does not have room service. Breakfast was included for our stay and it was your standard breakfast, but it was good and you could not go wrong with it. The parking lot unfortunately was very costly, $46 per night and the space was super tight, if you are driving a minivan or a truck, you will definitely have a harder time parking. Overall it's a decent place, if location is all that matters and you are willing to sacrifice a little bit on the service then this place is good for you.

The location was excellent 5 mins away from 747 and metro , but it’s more like a motel… no room service at night The night we arrived at 5 pm , didn’t get our room till 9 pm We were told the system was broke down and they fully over booked So many people waiting for room , luckily we got what we book for But no next time for me :)

The worst hotel service I have ever seen. I physically asked 3 times for my room to be clean and no one give a damn. I slept in unclean room for 3 days. Very rude and crappy lifestyle. I wish there was a zero or negative star. I would have given it to this hotel. The pictures are misleading. It took two hours to check me in the hotel. And they blamed the system for the delays

不太乾淨。床單有污漬。 前台態度差，問了幾次都不一樣的答案，感覺有點歧視，明明common area有微波爐，有熱水，問了三個前台職員，分別的答案都不一樣，態度一般。 地理位置很好，很靠近metro。

酒店的私人停車場兩晚103加幣，付了錢放下行李出去吃飯回來就沒有車位了，找前台解決，前台説停到隔壁公共停車場18塊一晚，兩晚的停車費會全額退還。結果，第一天説系統崩了，第二天説等經理系統裏點，第三天退房時説已經點好，1-3個工作日回到賬上。現在20幾天過去了，打了無數的電話，一會兒説已經退了等等，一會兒説要信用卡訊息（原路退回需要什麼訊息？），最後乾脆説沒退，****，這樣的酒店沒有任何信譽可言，誰敢住？！

酒店位置方便，步行2分鐘可到達地鐵站，以及有巴士直達機場，房間衛生可加以改善，另外房間隔音不太好，能聽見旁邊住客的聲音。
