lovely hotel in a great location! Staff is very helpful. We had a great stay. The only drawback would be no elevator.

The tap in the shower did not work properly, as in you literally could not turn it to hot, so I had to have a cold shower.
The breakfast person showed up late so I had to check out without eating. No adjustment on the bill despite the fact that breakfast was supposed to included in the stay.
Will not stay there again.

Very generous service at the front desk, kind and great customer service. Most hotels charge for printing and they did not. there is also unlimited coffee and tea throughout the day. Breakfast was plentiful, boiled egg, ham, cheese, toast, bagel, fruit, granola, cereal, and pastries, peanut butter, jam... it might looked basic at first but there's a lot choice! and the price was the best in the city and location was great. You need to be mobile, as there is no elevator. I would stay again, good service is everything!

Very nice hotel. Small
Bfast in morning (free) which had cereal , bagels, yogurt. There is no elevators so be prepared to walk up stairs. Location was great. 15 min to bell arena. 22 min to NotreDame Basilica church. Lots of variety to eat. Parking is not included. So you pay $38 /n at the hotel or you can drive down the road to lot for $25/n. Rooms are clean and quiet.
