Ulasan Hotel Arena Palace Montreal

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. It's cheap but also shitty. The entire building squeaks when people walk and it's noisy as hell.

場所としてはとても便利な場所にあり観光にはぴったりだと思いました。しかし、決して清潔とは言えない部屋で値段相応の部屋だという感じです。あと、部屋にシャワーとトイレがないです。

Les personnes travaillant à la réception étaient très gentils et on répondu à toutes les questions que je leurs ai posé. La chambre était petite, le lit était assez inconfortable.

Buena situación pero instalaciones muy viejas,el servicio mejoró respecto a otra vez porque había cambiado la persona,se portó mucho mejor

xdm來Montreal的快沖，這家真的很nice，是小店房間不多，老闆和老闆娘人都特好，來住兩次了已經，價格基本上是最便宜的那種，白天退宿的時候還會看到超帥的帥哥（應該是老闆的兒子也有可能是僱的），來考試然後跟老闆娘説想要一個安靜的房間然後就給了我三樓的鑰匙，真的很nice！！真的性價比太高了，很乾凈各種枱子一點都沒有灰啥的

不方便停車，酒店推薦的停車位，最後被罰款了！

地點非常方便

It was a little weird that the washroom didn’t have a sink, but rather the sink was in the bedroom. But overall the hotel was very good for the price.

You get what you pay for, and I fully expected it when I booked. It was a very old building, with old interior, old outlets, etc. The whole floor shares one shower stall and one toilet. It is alright for a one-night sleep-over, but I wouldn't use it for family vacation. Small room, no TV, no towels. Convenient and close to alll amenities though.

Shared dirty bathroom, tiny room without noise isolation, clogged sink in the room. Walkable distance to the downtown, free parking from 6pm to 12pm, comparatively cheap.

It was so dirty. We saw the room and we decided to NOT Stay there. We rather sleep in the car!

I am a seasoned traveler who has used Hotels extensively for my travels globally, and never have I encountered such a disappointing experience as with my recent stay at Hotels. Despite having paid the full amount for my booking through [App Name], upon arrival, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional fee. This was both surprising and concerning, as my booking confirmation clearly indicated that my payment was complete. Moreover, the condition of the rooms fell far below my expectations. Not only were they not clean, but they were also very modest, lacking in the basic comforts and cleanliness standards I anticipated. This aspect of my stay further contributed to my overall dissatisfaction.

I booked a room with a bathroom and did get it but still got charged for it. The clerk let me know they were aware of it but I did not feel like a reimbursement was an option. The room was cold and no spare bed sheets were available. There was a cigarette burn on my bed cover.

Don’t judge by the reviews the workers are great and helpful. It’s not the Hilton but I prefer it.
