房間很乾凈。早餐很棒。特別是牛肚湯實在是太喜歡了。

床太軟了，設施有點舊了，但是其他的更舊，比如叫shreton的那個，飯店早餐真的是非常優秀。

整體一般，有點老舊

I did not like it at all. No hot water the shower would leak all the water outside to the room the towels were terrible. The lady at the front desk was so rude VERY BAD HOTEL NEVER GOING BACK TO IT !!!!!

Absolutely no Wi-Fi I was sporadically getting Internet service from a Starbucks across the street and it was not even close by so it’s hard to believe that the building itself has Wi-Fi.

Receptionist unfortunately did not meet female guest request when asked for additional towels, room was average but needs to improve house keeping

How this hotel has 4 stars is beyond me. The hotel is a terrible state. My air conditioner in my room is hanging out of the wall and I can see directly outside due to the terrible work done when installing the unit. Because there are giant holes in the wall the air conditioner does nothing except be exceptionally loud. The bathroom and shower stall are not sealed correctly so when you shower everything gets wet and water rises through the cracks and comes out on the other side of the wall. The hallways smell bad. Our towels didn’t get changed, and to make matters worse when I asked for a different room since mine isn’t remotely what I booked I was moved to a "newly upgraded" room that looked identical with the added bonus of spraying water all over the bathroom floor when the toilet was refilling.

The place was extremely dirty. We were dentists taking a training. Because of it we had to look for other hotel.

It Is located in a convinient location but the property It Is a little careless

The room was for 2 adults and 2 children and they only provided 2 towels, also we did reserve a room with two queen beds and they gave us two fullsize beds, the facilities do not look like their puctures, bad service and rooms too small

The property lacks maintenance. There is no central AC and the pictures in ******* are false advertising.

The only reason why I choose this property is because the reservation that I made through ******* said 2 queen beds, when I showed this in the lobby, they said that their system showed 2 full beds, no queen size. I tried to show them my reservation and they basically didn't care, saying that it was the only bedroom available anyways....I should ask for a refund since they didn't honor my reservation!

This was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. I have stayed at hourly hotels that are 10 times cleaner and better maintained than this hotel. The countertops were all cracked and broken, the water in the sinks would not go away, you have to flush the toilet more that three times to get it to flush completely and on top of everything the rooms smelled like wet carpet. Horrible experience.
