Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn Monterey

Location is a bit out but but overall have a good staying experience. The only minus point was the hotel allow dog which make our stay a bit uncomfortable as the dog bake at night disturbed our sleep.

The Hilton Garden Inn Monterey offers a convenient, comfortable stay in the heart of this scenic California town. Guests enjoy an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site dining, plus easy access to top attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium. While lacking some local charm, it provides reliable, well-priced accommodations for both leisure and business travelers. but one of the reception woman(seems like manager) is not very polite.

The rooms are average. Parking although paid is very hard to find. The property does not have a great appeal and is away from the coast. The breakfast is also not up to the mark.

We went to Monteray for my girlfriend’s birthday. It was in a good location and we would stay here again.

Comfortable and good view

The room was more spacious than expected, the air conditioning was poor, the fan in the bathroom was noisy, and I requested a quiet room when I checked in, but the room I actually stayed in was next to a device, which was noisy, and the sofa bed was not flat, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The room rate included a breakfast, but the service staff did not inform me of the details of the breakfast when I checked in.

It was too late to go to Monterey and 17 Mile, so I chose to stay nearby. The hotel is on the side of the road, and the room decoration is the standard of domestic B&B or homestay. There are many hotel rooms, so it should be a hotel for vacation or conferences in the surrounding area. The room decoration is relatively rough. The front desk is quite enthusiastic. The hotel has a restaurant where you can order food at night. The food is not bad. There is also a fireplace in the lobby

The room was OK, the bed was very comfortable, but the air conditioner was problematic. No matter how high the temperature was, it would not change the indoor temperature, so it was very cold throughout the night. I had to turn off the air conditioner when I woke up in the middle of the night. The water in the shower head was very small, and the light in the shower room turned on automatically when I was halfway through the shower. It's dark, there are few facilities in the gym, and the sound insulation effect is very poor. You can hear the sound of the French door being opened in the next room, and the sound from upstairs. There was a knock on the door at 9 o'clock in the morning. Then I opened the door and found that it was housekeeping saying Sorry, you came to clean so early. Are you saying hello? And you can still hear the sound of her vacuum cleaner through the door.

We stayed in a twin room that can sleep four people. I didn't book a room with breakfast, it's 22 knives/person for buffet (excluding tax), and there's also an a la carte menu. The room was clean and tidy.
