From before even arriving, the service at Grotta Giusti was superb. I called with questions and to pre book spa treatments and I was immediately comforted to know the quality of service on our visit would be high. I met my backpacking mother in Italy for about 8 days and had decided to end a busy sightseeing trip with a few relaxing days at a spa and our visit to Grotta Giusti couldn’t have been more perfect. We arrived from Florence by train to Montacatini Terme. Upon arrival to the train we called a taxi and they arrived quickly and the ride was about 10 minutes and €23. We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the hotel. We were a couple hours early and they were able to give us one of two rooms and took time and care to explain the resort and review our spa appointments for the weekend. They hosted a poolside BBQ our first night with live music! The setting and food were excellent. The fitness center is high quality and the spa experiences were top of the line. And especially the grotta which is a wonder to see and experience. The restaurant and bar, including the breakfast were outstanding. Best of all was the attentive staff and service. They made my mom and I feel special and as if we were their only guests in a busy weekend! You’re in good hands with all of them but make sure you meet Luigi who will ensure the best visit, and you MUST let Federico make you a cocktail - just let him make you something and don’t ask questions! Roman was the hardest worker I have seen running between the pool bar and other areas he was nonstop and alway smiling! And Fabrizio was our server in the main dining room two nights in a row - he was fantastic. Weather permitting you can sit outside for dinner and they had live music out second night as well! Overall a relaxing, serene, and perfect end to a touristy vacation before heading back to reality!

Way over rated hotel, no luxuries at all. The rooms are average. Bathroom cleanness was a big issue, hair in shower floor, dental floss left over from a previous guest. The pool closes at 6. Breakfast varieties vary average. It’s a quiet place that’s it. Not worth the money we spent.

Our experience was extraordinary as expected. The property is located in Tuscany which for me is one of the most beautiful places in Italy. From arrival you feel it’s the right place that will satisfy all your senses. The property has a restaurant, a bar, spa, gym, thermal water pools and its own caves where you can pamper yourself from Purgatory to Inferno but feel in heaven at the same time. The rooms decor is exquisite and a with a unique Italian characteristic signature you won’t see in many places. Customer service is far and beyond and despite of being busy they have accommodated most of the Platinum Marriott BonVoy benefits. Was a unique experience for both us and our friends visiting and staying with us. Highly recommended and we will be back.

The resort is beautiful and the grounds lovely. The local town lovely and the food amazing! Take a short 5-10 minute cab ride and find typical local cuisine high end or bar trattoria . Grotto/ spa/ thermal pool…. Make sure to plan a day relaxing and enjoying. I wish we would have stayed 4 nights …. Staff wonderful!!!! Laura/ Gianluca in reception so helpful and pleasant. The restaurant manager is a class act and a gem.Luigi. Dinner was good . Smaller portions … not amazing but certainly hit the spot after a day of travel. Housekeeping Excellent!!! Bed linens and beds very comfortable.

Visited with my husband and teenage daughter for two nights. We could not have had a more perfect stay! The food was amazing, the pools lovely and the staff so helpful. Make sure you book a visit to the grotto! Don’t hesitate to book this one! Love it!

I am so upset. We are here right now and we tried to book the spa float. Every employee aid it was for the 7th, we booked for the 7th, had a message at the don’t desk that the 7th would work. We show up on the 7th for it and they turns us away saying it was the 6th. This trip has been planned for over a year. I’m so disappointed.

Excellent place to relax and so tranquil. Simply amazing!!! You will love staying at this spectacular opulent resort and spa!! We highly recommend this place and we are looking forward to returning here in the very near future. The staff is also just awesome!!
