Our experience at the night-time pool bar was unfortunately very disappointing. The service from two staff members in particular , Adam and a younger male bartender was rude and unprofessional. They were clearly uninterested in providing good service, regularly delaying the queue and often showing frustration when guests tried to order more than one drink at a time. This was especially frustrating since there’s no posted limit on drinks, and it's an all-inclusive setting. Worse still, drinks often seemed to be watered down or lacking alcohol altogether, which felt dishonest. Guests expect fair and consistent service, and instead were met with passive-aggressive comments and poor attitudes. Additionally, the food options available were extremely limited and of low quality — definitely not up to the standard expected at a resort. At a time when guests are winding down and looking for a quick, satisfying snack, the choices were underwhelming and poorly prepared. To add to the overall sense of disinterest from the staff, we noticed several controllers (supervisors or staff overseeing operations) standing around looking at their phones rather than ensuring things ran smoothly or that guests were being served properly. It gave the impression that customer care simply wasn’t a priority. All in all, the atmosphere at the night pool bar left a lot to be desired. The staff's behavior, lack of decent food, and inattentiveness from those meant to oversee service reflect poorly on what could be a highlight of the guest experience. We hope management takes these concerns seriously, improvements are needed.
