The Hotel can be found in the middle of a forest on a very quiet place within the nature. Small river and fishing ground just beside. Unfortunately our suite was not very clean, it seemed that we have been the first guests this year. The suite has enough space for 3 but smelled musty and dusty with a lot cobweb. Restaurant is nice and the food is good but a bit above the price range compared with what they offer. Wine is very good and cheap. The mattresses are very thin, appr. 10 cm and not very comfortable. At the end the room is not worth it’s 139 EUR per night.

Nous sommes retournés dans cet hôtel pour nos 25 ans de mariage, et nous avons passés un merveilleux week-end. La chambre était propre, la literie confortable, du balcon une belle vue sur le jardin et la rivière. Nous étions en demi-pension et nous nous avons pris plaisir à déguster les plats préparés par le chef, "à en tomber par terre". Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous sommes allés déguster du vin à la MAISON VONVILLE (compris dans notre réservation) et avons passé un super moment avec Mr Vonville J.Charles et leur vin est excellent. A proximité de l'hôtel vous pouvez visitez Strasbourg, faire de belle randonnée, etc...

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours et 2 nuits ,avec les petits déjeuners et repas du soir. C était juste exceptionnel de l accueil au service (vous êtes au top) Le petit déjeuner parfait et très copieux et les repas une merveille Encore merci pour tout

Bénéficiant d'un coffret Wonderbox, et voulant visiter Le Stroutof nous avons choisi la Fischhutte pour y passer la nuit. Aucun regret. Accueil excellent Chambre douillette et très propre Repas : Excellent. Mise en bouche, Entrée, un plat et un dessert. CHAPEAU Tranquillité totale vue le situation det établissement à l'orée de la forêt. Nous vous le recommandons.

Un cadre magnifique mais un accueil froid et une décoration désuète. La truite est excellente mais je vous conseille de prendre une entrée, pour être rassasié même si vous prenez un dessert qui est lui aussi très savoureux. Si l'accueil avait été à la hauteur du repas la note aurait été bien meilleure.

Très belle découverte, cuisine gastronomique fine et raffiné, très bien présentée d’un excellent rapport qualité.L’accueil était impeccable tout comme le service très sympathique et très professionnel, l’établissement est d’une très grande propreté. Je reviendrai rapidement.

Un bon hôtel d'étape à proximité de beaux villages alsaciens entre modernité et tradition. Une table très qualitative avec une belle carte de vins. Un personnel aux petits soins. Un environnement naturel reposant silencieux

Très agréable week-end, nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit mais elle a été excellente, nous reviendrons c'est certain. Petite anecdote, il me fallait une épingle à sûreté pour ma robe trop entrouverte, je l'ai obtenu en moins d'une minute, personnel très sympa et à l'écoute. A bientôt "La Fischhutte"
