Checking time was too late. Room service was not daily but every 3 days. Does not provide some of toiletries

Spent 2 nights here. It was 5 min from arches and app 40 min from canyonlands. Just the right distance from Moab to drive in to do shopping. Beautiful location and clean.

This is an excellent choice for the closest hotel to Arches National Park. Beautiful property next to the Colorado River.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. He property was clean and well kept. And the pool & fire pit area…amazing!!!

The staff was awesome to get in contact with and get anything figured out. The splash zone wasn't one when we got there, which was a huge bummer having our toddlers with us. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay there again

Rooms amazing. Staff is friendly and AMAZING. Location is AMAZING! The staff that provides the breakfast, they are so sweet, friendly and amazing. Don't forget to tip them, they keep it clean and the food stocked. Say hello to them and ask how they are doing.

We have stayed at this location in the past with a really good experience. This time it was the complete opposite due to a problem that caused the entire 3rd floor to not have hot water to shower during the length of our stay. I can understand that due to their location repairs can be challenging but the staffed seemed not to care too much about the problem or the impact to guests, other than saying sorry there is nothing we can do.

Great view; clean rooms; ice machines on same floor. Close the Arches National Park. Wish there had been better options for dining. Breakfast was great.

Beautiful hotel and well maintained. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nice pool area with fire pits too. Close to all the attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Loved it! People were super friendly and it was super close to the Arches, which we loved. Little town of Moab is unique and very friendly. Try their restaurants and shops! It’s a must.

It’s the closest hotel to Arches National Park 5 minutes away from entrance, very well maintained and clean, didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool but wanted to come back again.
