I had the worst experience at the Brisbane Marina Hotel. I made a reservation for two nights and had already paid for the hotel at the pre-visit site. When I checked in, a male short-haired employee asked me for payment because the payment was not confirmed. I had the payment receipt and confirmation that I had already paid, but without proper confirmation, my family and I, who came after playing in the water, explained and checked in the lobby in a cold state for a long time. After a long time, the male employee checked us in. So two days later, when I checked out, another female employee repeated the same thing again, and I called the male employee who was in charge of me to check in, but he didn't do anything to frustrate me. Eventually, I was able to check out only after another female employee checked in on the travel site, and I almost missed the flight because of the staff who treated me like a non-payer and made me feel frustrated and angry at me when I checked in and when I checked out without solving things for two days. However, the staff fled to another place without a formal apology. At its worst, I experienced staff response and service. Finally, it was an uncomfortable point that the distance between the lobby and the new building was long and there were stairs in the middle to make them carry heavy carriers in the hotel and climb the stairs. However, there was a wheelchair bathroom right in front of the stairs, which felt more contradictory. Except for the location, both the facility and the staff are disappointed.

The location is very good. The whole resort is very large. There are 7-8 parking lots. The hotel also has shuttle buses to various parts of the resort. There are many parent-child activities and a dedicated outdoor hot spring. The hotel is less than 15 minutes drive from the airport and very close to the attractions in the south. There is almost nothing nearby except the hotel facilities. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. The room is indeed a bit old, but it is relatively large. The toilet and shower room are independent. The shower room is great. The beach outside the hotel is not big. The breakfast is OK, but there are many people and they need to scan the code to queue up early in the morning. The time is uncontrollable.

You can see the sunrise from the breakfast restaurant.
Breakfast is delicious,
and the internal facilities were great.
It's also great for a walk in the morning.
You can see the stars well.
The ocean is clean.
I paid more and booked a room on the upper floor of the tower building, but the view was good.
The facilities were clean.
If I go to Miyakojima again,
I think I'll book here again. ~~

It may be due to the tropical climate, but there were a lot of ants on the veranda, which was disappointing.
Other than that, I was mostly satisfied.
There are also many things to do in the resort.
This was my second visit, but I think I will visit again next time.
Thanks to Trip.com, I was able to visit at a reasonable price, so I was even more satisfied.

The staff were very friendly.
The meal queue confirmation and call email service were also good. The amenities were replenished daily, so we had a comfortable stay.
There were only three laundry machines, and most guests used the washing and drying functions (which I guess take more than 120 minutes), so it was difficult to use them at a good time. (I wish they were installed on each floor.)
Anyway, it was our first time in Miyakojima and we enjoyed our days staying in a spacious room with our family. Thank you!

The hotel is located in a large resort. There is no food, but there is no worry about food, drink and entertainment. I checked 3-4 websites and found that this hotel is the most cost-effective and popular, so I booked it. The scenery is really good, and the breakfast is also good, but it is very troublesome to make reservations for meals every day. The breakfast varieties are almost the same every day. I have stayed in so many hotels in Japan, but I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. There are blood stains on the sheets, and the bed creaks all the time. Later, I contacted the front desk to help me change the sheets.

I stayed at the Harbor Wing, and when I got off the elevator it felt a little old, but
the room had been renovated and was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and even though I stayed for two nights
the menu had changed quite a bit, and it was delicious.
Great location with an ocean view.
I'd love to stay here again.

It belongs to a group of resort hotels. There is the sea downstairs, but I didn't see any turtles. It was cloudy for four of the six days I stayed there. It was very depressing. However, I took the shuttle bus to the airport and visited the supermarket, so I wasn't lonely.

The location was in a resort area, and they provided shuttle buses and personal transfers, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were great, and the front desk service and breakfast were also good, but while I was in the room, I was surprised to find about three ants on the bed, about 7-8 dead flies on the sink, and some bugs I've never seen before walking on the floor, which was a big surprise for me as I don't like bugs very much. I understand that there are a lot of bugs in Okinawa, but it was difficult to fully relax in the room. If you don't mind bugs, I think it's fine!
