Hotel Fameli

We stayed at the Fameli hotel for a long skiing weekend in January. The hotel is very close to the town and slopes. There is a free bus directly outside the hotel that takes you to the slopes. The moment we arrived the reception staff Manuel and Katia were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us when our car broke down. The bedroom was spacious and very clean so thank you Azzur. The food was excellent and the kitchen staff were able to provide delicious options for me as I am gluten and lactose free. A massive thank you to Adrian and Marika who were very attentive to our needs and made our dining experience perfect every day. Only negative I would say was the price of a bottle of water, I thought it was too expensive at around €5/6. The kids club was smaller than expected so can get quite busy downstairs. The pools were great, the teen room is very small too and the Spa is also very small. Overall I would stay here again as the food and customer service was excellent.

This hotel was nice and everything was great until we got charged twice and they wouldn't work with us at all - I booked a room with 4 beds and we were told we were good to go at night and then got charged for an additional room in the morning without having known that prior.

Super hotel!!! Friendly staff, nice kids area, tasty food, big pool area. We have stayed for 3 days and enjoyed a lot . Would love to get back there. My husband tried spa massage and also liked it. Also we have forgotten smth in the room and the staff was so friendly to contact us and send it to our home

Ho trascorso il week end di Pasqua con la mia famiglia al Famelì. La struttura è molto bella, immersa nel verde della Valdaora. La nostra suite era molto spaziosa, ideale per far svagare il mio bimbo di 1 anno e mezzo. La stanza era in ordine e pulita abbastanza bene, ci voleva solo un po’ più di attenzione nel pulire sotto il letto. I servizi erano molto validi, bella la kids area, belle anche le piscine, unico appunto nella piscina relax una maggiore supervisione affinché rimanga “relax”, poiché è capito una mattina che anziché “relax” era “super fan”. La ristorazione ha soddisfatto tutti grandi e piccini, valido il light lunch ma anche i menù per la cena sono vari e di qualità inoltre abbiamo apprezzato la merenda al pomeriggio.

Kurzer Wellnessurlaub….. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool im Ausenbereich ist sehr schön und wenig besucht. Idealer Standpunkt zum Skiurlaub. Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Frisch gepresste Säfte am Frühstücksbuffet

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche im Fameli und kommen gewiss wieder! Wir haben geschlafen wie Zuhause, super gegessen, das Skigebiet war auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und der Service war perfekt!!! Das Hotel liegt ca 2 km von der Talstation. Wir wurden morgens vom Hotelshuttel gebracht und Mittags fährt alle 20 Minuten eine Buslinie. Der Ort ansich ist auch total schön und idyllisch zum durchspazieren. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, nur ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr auf dem modernsten Stand (wie auch der Familienpool und Familiensaunabereich) Uns hat es aber nicht gross gestört. Der Service war top top top!!!! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war freundlich und bemüht den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Ein grosses Lob an Asmir und Sam von der Bar die uns die besten Cocktails so liebevoll zubereitet haben 💜!!!!!!! Das Essen war gigantisch! Es gab jeden Abend ein Kindermenü und für uns Erwachsene ein 4Gang Wahlmenü. Ausserdem gab es ein Vorspeisen Buffet an dem man sich alleine schon satt essen kann… Die Gerichte waren toll zubereitet und geschmacklich sehr lecker. Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es wurde viel geboten (u.a. Familienwanderungen oder andere Ausflüge). Der Kidsclub hatte auch ein tolles Programm, von Stockbrot bis Snowtubing. Vielen lieben Dank an die 4 Betreuerinnen, die sich so liebevoll um die kleinen Gäste gekümmert haben. Sie waren so toll 😍 Beim Abschied sind dann natürlich Tränen geflossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder bzw haben den nächsten Urlaub schon angefragt im Fameli!:-)

Salve, il minimo che posso fare è di Ringraziare di Cuore per la meravigliasa settimana trascorsa. Un'hotel ben curato, pulizia eccellente, cibo vario e soprattutto di ottima qualità!!! Tutti cordiali e pronti ad esaudire qualsiasi necessità. Grazie mille e sicuramente è un'arrivederci. Fam. Garden

Vorrei fare i miei più sinceri complimenti alla gestione dell'hotel Famelì. Siamo una famiglia con due bambine di 9 e 12 anni. Abbiamo trovato eccellenza in tutto, pulizia aree comuni, qualità del servizio, cucina, cordialità da parte di tutto il personale, pulizia camere. Un attenzione al dettaglio che poche volte ci era capitato di incontrare. Si vede che ci lavorate tanto, ma potete essere soddisfatti del risultato ottenuto. Complimenti ancora e buon lavoro! Non mi era mai capitato in vita mia di essere trattato come un truffatore!!!! Al termine della mia vacanza mi ha dato problemi l'app della banca per effettuare il pagamento del soggiorno di 1 settimana con il bonifico istantaneo e sono stato immediatamente incalzato con frasi che lasciavano intendere o paghi subito o paghi subito. Ovviamente dopo 30min che non mi capivano ho proceduto al pagamento con bonifico ordinario che hanno giustamente incassato oggi. Personale poco piacevole. Il penultimo giorno si sono dimenticati di rifare la camera.... Sollecitati successivamente nel pomeriggio finalmente è venuto qualcuno. Non cambiano gli accappatoi per la sauna. Il pulmino che ti porta sugli impianti non è attento alle attrezzature che posizionano nel retro. Nella sauna adulti non fanno rispettare il divieto del costume. Per chi cerca la calma non lo consiglio assolutamente anche perché ci sono schiamazzi di bambini e ragazzi fino a tarda ora che urlano e corrono anche nei punti relax senza che il personale faccia nulla per evitarlo. La signora più anziana della reception, si salvi chi può!!!!! Per carità. Non conoscono il significato di accoglienza e rispetto del cliente. A mai più.
