I would like to personally thanks the owner’s Mr.Razi,who took ***y things in his hand and went an extra mile to see if I am comfortable and moreover assisted in some of my outside work which was not in his domain. All the hotel staff were well trained,groomed and with good etiquettes. Last but not the least the food was so delicious.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Sasaram. Excellently clean property with smiling professional staff. The rooms are comfortable, with a good sleep quality. look forward to staying again. A jewel in not so known city.

The Galaxy has turned 25 today. I have been visiting this hotel since it's inception, and I find that it has been improving in all *****. The outside facade doesn't seem attractive, but once you are inside, it's neat, clean, friendly and the food is good. Md Razi, the owner, has done a great job in keeping up the standards that The Galaxy proudly started with. Still the best small hotel in the whole area.

We booked its gallery for painting exhibition show of my friend in last week of December 2021..This hotel gave us a lot of memories and friends from mirzapur.. The hotel owner and staffs are so courteous and helpful every way possible... Owner is an art lover , occassionally guzzles,etc. Is also organised time to time there..Food service,room service, cleanliness all awesome.. A very peaceful and comfortable environment with positive, energetic vibes... I would love to meet again owner and staffs if I come to Mirzapur,they are near to my heart ...

Nice hospitality..training session was day long and all food and snacks were delicious...ambience was very quite and impressive ..neat and clean rooms ...reception was quick and staff are cooperative..

Fantastic a**osphere, Staff very gentle and humble. Peaceful area. Great food quality, awesome test, 24*7 all services provided. Hotel owner behaviour is great very humble person. Facilities are very good .
