Good location walk out and so much choice for restaurants and bars shopping centre 7 minutes walk

Nice amazing clean hotel we had good time bar restaurant amazing all

3rd time here but was my least enjoyable one. Have stayed here before so I know it’s a good hotel and very clean BUT in this occasion the room was freezing cold and when I called the front dish no one was answering and after trying for 45 mins I had to go down and see why. They said they will put it in from downstairs and to wait 45 mins but it was still really cold. Took over 5 hours to eventually get the heating on and working. Horrible experience and very disappointed with this. Apart from that yes the hotel is good, reasonable and great location.

Just the breakfast could have had more variety otherwise nice room and location.

Room need high maintenance , no hot water , tv and phone not working .

Last minute booking, very rapid check in and got bigger better room than we had booked. Very clean and so well located for evening beer/eating/drinking. On site breakfast buffet with generous selection.

Great location for where i was, great central location, comfortable bed.

wasn't allowed to get a refund on room even though cancelled within minutes of booking, very let down

This was real tranquil and clean and reception staff are awesome.

I was happy with everything, except for parking, which I had to pay for during the day, but it was free at night.

For the money I paid I was absolutely amazed, it was clean, the staff were hospital and it's in a great location for food and activities
