Great location for Bletchley Park and Waddesdon Manor. Lovely setting. Easily accessible, easy to find. Lovely staff.

Rooms are a good size staff friendly. A special mention to Paul the night manager on reception is a top man very friendly and has a very good approach to customer service, very helpful and always smiling…. Free car park on site and food at the restaurant next door is also nice.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The view fro our bedroom looking out onto a lake was extremely pleasant. The breakfasts were enjoyable and very good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Staff were really lovely. Breakfast was nice and the ladies in the kitchen were very friendly and helpful. There isn’t a lift.

What lovely staff at the Premier Inn. Especially Hector, Grace and all the loveliest of ladies serving breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for your kindness.

Plus: comfortable bed and pillows. Pillow and mattress protectors. Shower had reasonable pressure. Quality shampoo. Friendly and helpful staff. OK breakfast. Big TV. Minus: stains on carpet, filthy windows, no lift to 2nd floor, Heating kept turning itself down no matter how many times you reset the thermostat - hotel was cold, room was cold. Insufficient supply of tea and coffee and milk. No plug sockets anywhere near the bed so phone had to sit on desk on the other side of the room. No duvet protector - really poor hygiene omission. You have to stand under the shower to turn it on and get a blast of cold water. Conclusion. Poor value for money. Wouldn't stay again. The killer point was the fight to keep the temperature at a reasonable 21°. Wouldn't stay again or recommend.
