Livanios Studios

We highly recommend this Airbnb!! The host John was very helpful and friendly, we got local recommendations and felt right at home. The check in was easy and the room was very clean. This airbnb is 5 minutes (walk) to the bus stop, the port and most restaurants. It is also 10-15 minutes (walk) to get to the bars, beaches and more restaurants. Thank you soo much for this wonderful stay!!

Staying at Livanios Studios was absolutely brilliant! John went above and beyond to help us have the perfect experience in Milos and even helped us plan our trip around the island. The place itself was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious and we even had our own private balcony! It’s very conveniently located in Adamas, only a 5 min walk from the port and at max 25 min drive to all the popular peaches. Would 100% recommend staying here, our favourite place in all of Greece!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Livanios Studios, and it was absolutely the best from start to finish. Situated in a great location makes it a perfect choice for anyone. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by John and Maria, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Genuine kindness and attention to detail were evident throughout our stay. The studios are beautifully maintained, with a blend of modern comforts and traditional charm that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to small details, like the plush towels and toiletries, did not go unnoticed. It’s clear that they value guest comfort. Additionally, the location of the guesthouse is ideal—conveniently close to the best bakery, shops, the port, restaurants ect yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The surrounding area is lovely for leisurely strolls and offers a glimpse into the local culture. John and Maria will also give you all the best advise on what to pick at the local bakery ;)

John and Marie are wonderful hosts. The apartments are spacious, well equipped, great value and close to the port. John organised a day trip for us with Matho Tours and, driver Thanos, gave us a superb day of sightseeing around Milos. Thank you.

I stayed here during my trip about 2 years ago, but I still think about how amazing the stay was at Livanios Studios. I traveled with a friend and we both thought the owner was so nice. The place was clean and very cute! We will definitely come to Milos again, and we will definitely stay at Livanios Studios again!
