Οταν φτασαμε διαπιστωσαμε οτι μας εξαπατησαν με τον τυπο δωματιου. Ειχαμε πληρωσει Superior δωματιο και μας εδωσαν Standard. Δεν εγινε καμμια ενεργεια απο πλευρας του ξενοδοχειου, εριχναν το φταιξιμο στον συνεργατη (trip.com) που μας το εκλεισε. Και ο συνεργατης απαντησε οτι μπορουμε να φυγουμε αν θελουμε και δεν μπορει να κανει κατι. Απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορα προς τον πελατη και απο τις δυο πλευρες. Η καθαριοτητα του δωματιου πολυ ελλειπης, σεντονια δεν αλλαχτηκαν μετα απο 3 διανυκτερευσεις. Το πρωινο συμπαθητικο αλλα επαναλαμβανομενο. Πολυ ευγενικη η κοπελα του πρωινου που ειναι και στο service της παραλιας. Αν και αξιζει η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου, υστερει σε πολλα απο τα υπολοιπα.

Disappointing ….not a 4 star property. Unprofessional reception…..eating and very casual attire while on the job. Lack of information when we checked in. No restaurant when their website is advertised with restaurant. Charge for the beach lounges. Rooms were clean and young breakfast staff polite….. The manager was rude when she finally spoke with me by asking me to converse in formal Greek! I proceeded to tell her I was born, raised and educated in Australia and my common Greek should be better than her English! I did receive a verbal apology from her but she was not able to address our concern of overpayment and we were told they could allocate whatever star rating they choose.This is not a 4 star hotel the service lacks, no porter to assist with luggage, no restaurant……no where for a drink after 7 pm and a 20minute drive from main port. We were not advised the wifi, no folder in room, no information that you require a key from reception to work the safe. Also, air con wasn’t working took 3 times before it was repaired/regas.

Although beach location was excellent, service and room. Quality were the worst. This is a two star hotel with minimal service. Food very moderate and staff is not helpful at all despite smiles. No iron, no enough light in rooms, towels are not clean

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool was nice. However, there was no bar available after 7pm, very limited offer of snacks available in the day. Some of the staff were pleasant but some were disinterested and unhelpful. On our arrival the fridge and air conditioning in the room weren’t working. They fixed both but no apology. The beach sun beds shown on the website are charged at 20 euros a day. There is nothing at Provata save the beach and one taverna. Thank goodness the staff there were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely not a place to stay without a car. This was the fourth place we stayed on our Greek holiday. It was over twice as expensive as the other hotels and less than half as hospitable.

No hot water after 9h30pm We stayed 4 nights not once we had hot water after 9h30pm ... The staff didnt have a clear answer about this issue They cut off the electricity on our last day stay claiming they have technical issue ( weird ) Location is good Hotel is well maintained Rooms are clean

One of the employees attacked me without warning, I tried to get his name from the front desk but her partner who also works there (Xrisa) refused to bring the manager or give me her partners name for the police report as I filed charges against him. This is a very unsafe environment to stay at while these two work there and I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place. I have some pictures below of the scratches/and marks he left on me. As for the man who works there threatened that he would kill me and almost pushed me down stairs. As well as shoving his partner (Xrisa) into the doorframe. He is a very unhinged individual and needs serious mental help.

After experiencing amazing hospitality in Greece over 3 months this is the only poor review we have to note. We stayed 10 days (as we could not cancel). The upside to this accommodation is the beautiful beach in the front of the hotel. The cleaning and beach bar staff were also lovely. The beach bar provided tasty food perfect for the lunch at the beach. The downsides - The pool is green/dirty with what looks like slime on the bottom, nothing like the website pictures. We choose to not swim in it for the whole 10 days. However swimming at the beach was fantastic. - The receptionists were rude,unhelpful and unfriendly. Definitely don’t ask for a beach towel renewal more than every 4 days! - You will need a car as their is only one offsite local restaurant with food after 5pm. - The beach chairs are not included for guests ( 20 Euro) which is not like any other hotel in Greece we stayed at where it was included for questions.

I stayed here for 2 nights in beginning of July 2023. First of all, I need to say that this hotel was part of a package with Air Canada Vacations, and I am not sure about the pricing. But the hotel itself is very clean and with a modern touch, nice rooms and spaces, and helpful staff. It's right in the beach, very nice beach, with access from hotel. We had a car, and you definitely need one here because it's far from stores/restaurants.

Hotel photographs better than it is in reality. AC unit made tapping noises all night, hot water was inconsistent (none one day), and there’s no restaurant on site. Breakfast is decent, views are good, and the staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations and calling cabs. The hotel is also far from anything, so you’ll need a car or be ready to take multiple cabs into/out of the towns.
