Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels:
Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not.
Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel.
Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control.
Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical.
Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel”
I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change.
The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport.
We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!!
Will want to stay there again !

The location is very good. There are many restaurants and bars in the canal area. You can easily get to important attractions by taking the M2or14 tram. However, we stayed for 4 nights and were only given 2 bottles of water on the first day. I asked the front desk and they said that was the rule... The pizza at the entrance of the hotel tasted good, but the service attitude was very bad. I have already complained to Hooters and Google Reviews. There are too many choices for food in Italy. There is no need to eat at this place

Due to the furniture exhibition this year, the price of the hotel has skyrocketed. The environment and service of a hotel that costs 5,000 a night cannot catch up with domestic chains. The iron rack above the table gets bumped every time if you are not careful. The service is okay, but it is very noisy at night because there is a bar street opposite the small river outside.

I was looking for a hotel for one night because I made a mistake on the flight day
I have to stay in Airbnb after I have been close.
But because of this.
Found this good hotel.
How good is it?
The location is a tourist area that seems to be very European
Though I don't know the canals or the river
There are many bars and restaurants on both sides.
There's another morning-to-night market on Saturday.
Very lively
Hotel location is very close to Metro
This Metro station is also very convenient for other tourist spots.
The taxi is also close.
The hotel staff is very polite

Easy to communicate
