Kamar menginap malam pertama bau sekali dan lantai berdebu dan kalau pakai tisu untuk dicambuk pasti tidak mau tahu warna tisunya apa. Setelah keluhan malam kedua, bersihkan sepenuhnya. Silakan periksa kamar Anda setelah check-in jika kurang bersih, tanyakan pada layanan kamar untuk mengganti sprei dan tidak perlu menunggu hingga hari berikutnya. Lokasi ok: jauh dari carefour 750m dan stasiun kereta 900m. Kamar: tidak ada pemanas dan hanya AC, persiapkan diri Anda dengan selimut tambahan. Sarapan: sarapan dan kopi terbaik dan pastikan Anda mengenakan pakaian yang lebih bagus saat sarapan di sana karena sebagian besar tamu terawat dengan baik.

Great place to stay! Booked a pet friendly room. It was clean, spacious, and they had a private space next to our room for my bichon frise to run around. Staff were very friendly to us and our dog. Will stay here again on our next visit.

The property is nice and located a bit outside the city center, but transportation is easy to find. Unfortunately, our first night was disappointing. We had booked a Premium apartment with a balcony and a bathtub, expecting a queen-size bed as we were a couple. However, we were given a room with two single beds and no bathtub. When I requested a room change, the receptionist informed me that it wasn’t possible that night and couldn’t guarantee a proper room for the following days. Surprisingly, he mentioned that having a bathtub is optional—even if you pay for a room with one—which felt misleading. To make matters worse, the room we received smelled slightly of moisture. Thankfully, the next day, a new receptionist was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue, moving us to the Premium apartment we had initially expected. This room was fantastic, with a lovely view of the garden and swimming pool. Despite the rocky start, the rest of our stay was enjoyable, and the staff were attentive and helpful after the initial hiccup.

Super nice family apartment with 2 bathrooms, great spaces for 4 people.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. Parking was complimentary too. We enjoyed the fruits, cakes and pastries during breakfast. Upon arrival, we gave feedback that the bathroom sink was choked and not fast flowing. It was rectified very quickly. There is also a small supermarket conveniently located across the hotel.

Big soace and clean. Away 12 minutes to the metro

Not much views form the room but the locations is fine with cars and parking is sufficient.

Generally it is good

Pros: 1. Very large room with affordable rates considering it was located within the city centre....and with big name 2. Friendly and fluent English speaking front desk staff. 3. Easy check in as I booked via Trip.com only 5 hours earlier. 4. My room has 2 conjoint single beds and an extra single bed (I didn't use it as I'm a solo traveller). Bed was comfortable and the pillow, eventhough a bit thin, still feel comfortable on it. 5. Large and modern bathroom. Amazing rain shower with immediately heated water. Plenty of toiletries were provided (shampoo, soap bar, bath gel)..only setback was no toothbrush. They provide a hair dryer and magnifying mirror. 5. Room was provided with kettle, sachets of coffee and tea plus with sugars. 6. Minibar was equipped with chips, chocolate bar, juices and beers (these were payment items) 7. The best part was the room has a large balcony. 8. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Need to be there early as the seat might be fully occupied. 9. They had a large lawn and garden between the main block and next block. If you have kids, they can play and run in this area. Small swimming pool here but was close during my visit. 10. They had spa and gymnasium. 11. You can rent a free bicycle to cycle around Milan. it took me just 10 minutes to cycle into Via Buenos Aires and another 5 minutes to Duomo. 12. They allowed my luggage to be kept in the store after checking out as my flight was at night. Cons 1. The nearest metro station is Turro which is located about 10 minutes walking if you come with a large luggage. 2. At first impression, the hotel did not appear to be like a typical version of the hotel from the outside, instead it looks like one of the neighbourhood blocks with a boring design. (However, once you enter it, your view changes 360°) 3. Breakfast has no variety on other days. Seems a repeated menu every morning. Overall, I was really satisfied to stay in this Ramada chain hotel. You will never regret staying here. Only distance might give you a second thought on it. But after staying here, this will be my repeated hotel if I will be back in Milan.

Good hotel , location was little bit outside of the city centre. Service was good . Will come back again

Location was around 7-10 mins walk. Breakfast was provided and variety of choices of food! Great selection 👍🏻

Shower was a pain with a short glass protection. Cleanness was not enough. Breakfast was very nice and everything else were great as well.
