Ulasan Hotel Vittoria

It’s NOT 4 star hotel. The hotel is outdated. The rooms are tiny and noisy. I stayed in a room that reeked of sewage and another that smelled of mothballs. Hair dryer is old and bad. But the attendants are super kind and have a great breakfast. Again: It is not a 4 star hotel.

E’ al centro di Milano, una fermata dal Tribunale. Si può raggiungere tutto a piedi. Molto piccolo albergo can stanze piccole ma tutti nostri clienti si trovano benissimo quando vengono per lavoro a Milano.

酒店地理位置不錯，步行和坐巴士都能很快到大教堂附近。 店員服務不錯。 唯一缺點酒店洗手間太小，晚上有蚊蟲，隔音稍差。

very neat' stylish in an old fashion way, small and cozy clean the staff is very helpful. the hotel is not at the very center but we almost never needed to take public transportation..

Probably more of a three star plus than a four star hotel based on the shower facilities the bathroom is very small. The bedroom is exactly as shown in the photographs old school Itallian and quite nice. The staff were excellent. We chose this because of the location close to trams and train to Linate airport but also walkable into the city centre

I don't understand how you maintain four stars rating with such poor conditions. The rooms are derelict! The AC did not work properly for two days! Your staff was nice and tried to compensate. However overall, it was very disappointing and way below expectations on all counts

Currently on night#2 of 3 in this hotel. Can’t find anything positive to say about our stay at this hotel. Check in process was sloppy. Our first room was unbelievably hot, with big gaps in the floorboards. Tiny bathroom and only 1 small towel, until we asked for bath towels. Air con was noisy but otherwise ineffective and we sweated the night away. Showering the following morning was cramped. Breakfast was average at best, contrary to the positive reviews we’d seen. Came back to find our room hadn’t been attended at all. When I raised this, we were moved to another room, but this smaller, as was the bathroom. Air con was still ineffective. Apparently the manager is on holiday and no one else can make a decision. Our current,smaller room, has damage to the wall, and mould on the bathroom ceiling! Not a 4 star hotel experience.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vittoria , the decoration and environment was so beautiful snd cozy. The staff were kind and welcoming. The location and the distance to Duamo was perfect!

I needed to book a last-minute hotel in Milan and Hotel Vittoria was an amazing find! If you like small, charming hotels with the real European charm but also modern conveniences (like touch-screen thermostat in your room with central air conditioning), then you will LOVE this hotel. The terrace is perfect for enjoying the morning breakfast before you head out for a day of being a tourist. It's also very well located, close to the Duomo (about a 20 min walk or 15 minutes on a tram) and public transportation. I was only there for 2 nights but would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Milan looking for a small hotel with personality and charm!

Absolutely excellent service generally made up for the few imperfections we perceived in the room. Sound travels very far across the walls in the hotel, so we could hear people in the neighbouring rooms and some of the staff at most times.

Cosy hotel in Milan, perfect for a quick shopping tour. Small rooms but clean and tidy with AC. Parking close by.
