房間乾淨，衞生間也乾淨。 位置在一個小區裏，比較好找，離市區不算遠，坐2趟地鐵就到。 這種房衞生間是公用的，不過挺方便 隔音不好，外面人上樓梯就會聲音很大。

乾淨衞生，但是設施一般，隔音效果不理想。

Un'esperienza che ha dell'incredibile. Mia moglie mi prenota, pre-pagando, una stanza in questo hotel perché a breve distanza dal luogo in cui avrei lavorato. Appena arrivo mi viene chiesta la carta di credito senza fornirmi alcuna informazione, dato che il conto era già stato pagato. Vengo accompagnato nella "stanza" in una struttura esterna decisamente discutibile. La stanza è maleodorante e appena decente. Appoggio le borse e riesco subito per cena. Al mio rientro...la stanza era stata utilizzata! Letto sfatto e bagno sottosopra, asciugamani usati ovunque. Cerco di parlare con la reception ma non c'è numero a cui qualcuno risponda dopo le 22. Mi faccio venire a prendere da un collega e lascio la stanza, pensando che se avessi voluto dormire sul divano di un amico, ci avrei pensato da solo. Il giorno dopo mia moglie fa presente la questione alla reception, dove un giovane signore molto cortese le assicura di parlare al titolare e farla richiamare. Stiamo ancora aspettando. Evidentemente il titolare non ritiene sia necessario contattarci, non parliamo poi di rimborsarci… Per concludere: è inaccettabile che nel 2023, nel centro di una città come Milano si incappi in strutture che millantino un servizio che non esiste e alla modica cifra di €130/notte senza colazione. Questo, la gente onesta, lo chiama furto.

La struttura è molto pulita in una zona tranquilla e comoda con i mezzi. sarebbe un buon tre stelle se non avesse il bagno condiviso però la qualità prezzo è del tutto appropriata

We was living in big house and at the good location, not so far from city Center ,mb 15-20 min by railways,bus. Also when we was checking in ,manager (as I remember his name -Nabil) was pretty gentle and polite, he explained to us all information about how we can to get all shoppings and museums. Also don’t worry about sharing the bath room, there are cleaning it every day.

Very dirty place staff are very rude also the manager not lessen to the customer always blame on the customer. Please if you booked this place directly contact your bank to not take more money. book some where else not this place.

The room overall was extremely small, particularly the bathroom. The toilet paper and bath towels had to be kept outside the bathroom. Microscopic shower with a broken shower head. It was hot and they wouldn't turn the AC on the first night but I begged for AC for the 2nd night. Beds were so firm it was like sleeping on the floor. No elevator so we had to carry out luggage up flights of stairs. At least there was a tiny fridge to put drinks in. We tried to find a different hotel in the area but they were all sold out so we had to stay 2 nights. Desk clerk was extremely nice and they offer you wine if desired.

Great location. Easy to get everywhere via transit. Loved the balcony overlooking the quiet courtyards.
