The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was very basic and the surrounding areas weren't the most desirable. There was quite a bit of noise during the night from people outside and in the rooms both beside and above ours. A big plus was that it wasn't too much of a walk to the nearest metro station with links to the rest of the city and the price was very reasonable

Nice 3 stars small hotel, located near the metro but on a creepy and busy street. Rooms were very clean but the matress was hard. The staff was very nice and attentive and the hotel's cats were welcoming and cute. It did really fullfilled our needs.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was and also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.
It is a short 5-10 minutes walk to the metro and only a few metro stops to major attractions like the Duomo, Theater Alla Scala and the galleria. Also it’s a short 5 minutes taxi ride to Milano Centrale railway station what made easy for me to take a train to Florence.
I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will try to do it again in future trips to Milan.

Overall good stay at a reasonable price.
Pros: decent breakfast, kind staff, spacious room
Cons: a bit far from public transportation, limited English communication, week wifi signal

Stayed here with my family for 3 nights. The location was ok, local transportation was near(tram, sub). The room was spacious but quite dirty, especially under the beds very dusty. Continental breakfast was quite minimal, not much to eat. The staff was friendly.

Does not match with the pics. Staff has lack of hospitality. Agreed to have another room but it never happened. Smelly batroom. When the receptionist is busy with a guest you can not get any coffee for 20min. If you ask for refill at the breakfast they say iy is finished. What kind of hospitality is this. Really a joke. I mean it.

Good Hotel with clean rooms. In reception was really nice girl. Excellent price with Breakfast. Bus and subway stations very close ( 3 minutes). In the room air conditioner, Beds are really comfortable.

Era l’unico albergo disponibile per la trasferta lavorativa che dovevo fare. Non mi sento di consigliarlo per chi è in giro per lavoro, unica nota positiva il parcheggio. Camera minuscola, non sono riuscita a smuovere le tapparelle. Bagno molto piccolo, le ginocchia sbattono sulla doccia mentre si è seduti…. Nonché la seduta è instabile perché l’asse di plastica era piuttosto ballerina. Capisco possa invece essere una soluzione adatta per chi è deve frequentare la zona per la discoteca vicino.

La primera impresión fue bastante buena, el hall y zona de cafetería muy nuevo todo. Luego ya la habitación fue otra cosa.... Era amplia pero muy poca luz en el baño, había que duch**** casi a oscuras. Las tuberías lo normal, a la noche olían. Y una cosa que nos chocó bastante fue que no te hacen la habitación, con lo que no te cambian las toallas ni te reponen el papel de wc ni el jabón. Personal muy amable. Y el metro a menos de 5 min. Varias cafeterias con café barato ( 1'6€ el café con leche) y algunos restaurantes. Pero para un par de noches
