Saya punya masalah besar di hotel ini. Sebagai penyandang disabilitas, saya dengan hormat meminta dalam formulir reservasi kamar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan saya. Konfirmasi datang tetapi tidak hanya kamar yang dialokasikan sangat kecil tetapi setelah saya kembali dari kota mencoba untuk mandi saya mengalami bahwa saya hampir tidak bisa bergerak di kabin shower kamar mandi. Bahkan itu tidak cukup saya harus membungkuk untuk sampo dan shower gel (memiliki masalah dengan lutut saya) karena hal di mana Anda biasanya dapat meletakkan sampo dan shower gel rusak. Saya memberi isyarat ke hotel masalah itu dan melihat masalahnya. Satu-satunya 'solusi' dari hotel adalah mengambil barang yang rusak di mana Anda biasanya dapat meletakkan sampo dan shower gel dan bahkan tidak kembali dengan yang bagus. Layanan sangat buruk dari resepsionis. Di sisi positifnya saya dapat menyebutkan AC, suasana yang bagus, wifi yang bagus. Sarapan yang baik dan layanan dari Marina bagus.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the central station and subway. The street is well lit und I felt safe walking around there, also in the evening. The room is small and the twin beds are quite narrow but it was comfortable and great for a short stay. The staff was very friendly too.

Closed to train station, very good location and nice breakfast. But not cheap.

It is located just outside the Milan Central train station. Besides the location, the overall experience was very good. The room was a bit small but that's what one can manage.

The room was very small but good enough for one person to sleep in. It was walking distance from the train station. Hotel room was clean but toilet and shower was so small. But the location was near everything and a short ride to Cathedral Square via train, taxi or Uber. Breakfast included was excellent. Not a bad deal!

Room is small but clean. However. Front office team is not friendly. Took the passport and when ask for it. They say come back and see me in 15 minutes in a very unhappy manner.

Best place to stay in Milan. Enjoy the night walk and resturant around the hotel. The reception staff and lady who prepare breakfast is super helpful and friendly.

We have three persons( my son, me and my wife) to stay this hotel. The hotel is very close to Milan Central Train station and easy access to Metro. We took metro from the hotel to Duomo square in 10 minutes. The reception staff are helpful when I wanted to store my lugguge with camera in the hotel store room. The breakfast was nice Overall it is good hotel

Nicely refurbished rooms very near to central railway station. Very clean and good service. Very small rooms. For 70-80 EUR a good value. Breakfast ok, but not more.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the central station of Milan only 3 minutes walking. For tourism, the city sightseeing bus is located very close to the hotel. The room is small but nice and clean. The breakfast is ok, some bread, cream cheese, cheese slices, croissant, and bound cakes. My advice is to start the breakfast early around 8 to 8:15 as maximum otherwise you will not find a place to sit and the lady responsible about the coffee and cleaning tables will be very busy and you will get your coffee late. The Espresso is so nice there.
