Ulasan B&B Hotel Milano Central Station

An average hotel with a nice view, a modern vibe, and convenient proximity to the Central Station. However, the room had several issues: the AC was loud, the temperature controls were locked, and the PIR sensor in the bathroom was overly sensitive, causing the lights to turn off even when occupied. The room wasn’t soundproof, and there were some questionable design choices, such as the sliding door track protruding into the room. Additionally, the USB port was broken, and the shower doors leaked water onto the floor. On the bright side, the breakfast was tasty and offered a generous variety.

Always take that hotel. I could say, for ages) It's still clean and good location. But may be, it start require more perfection, to improve in details. But special thanks to Elena, she is always highly professional and helpful.

The room is clean, staffs are helpful and the location is convenient, just a 5 mins walk from Metro.

This Hotel service is too bad also the breakfast is rubbish they charge the breakfast and show the pictures at the time of booking totally different they don’t know what is hospitality. We arrived hotel about 12:30pm they even have empty rooms they let us weight until 2pm to get the rates and then they don’t want to keep your luggage and give you the key to keep in luggage room which was small room and all other customer they put top of our luggage and my luggage was broken too. I don’t suggest anyone to book this hotel in future

Location was okay but the room wasn’t clean enough. The card key wasn’t working and the toilet didn’t have enough lighting. Front office staff were nice. Penny supermarket just 2 mins away.

Bath room was not clean and sink was all clogged up. However staff is very kind.

Very close to the central station very good location, everything else is okay

This hotel is overpriced and overrated. The room need to repaint and no amenities in the room like we had to buy everything which is weird. Not worth staying here.

Service, location still fine, but need some maintenance

Worst hotel you could get!!!! The room we booked and the room they gave us was totally different. We approached reception twice at night and they told us there’s no room to change OR upgrade and told us to come back the next day morning. Next day morning we approached reception again, the front desk lady told us we are not allowed to change the room as the facilities in the room all working well. We told her we could move to room 601 (vacant room) which is currently cleaning by housekeeping, and they could give our corner room 610 to the new arrival, but was told that we are unable to swift room due to no defect in room 610. What an ridiculous thing we ever heard in a hotel ! Manager was not helpful at all!!! No option or solution given and told us our room is same as the others!!! Big avoid !!!!

Can’t beat the price on this location. I also found the rooms nice and very comfortable. Staff were competent and friendly. Great experience throughout.

The room for single bed is too small, and they not having luggage storing service not convenient for me, so that I do not consider to stay one more night after my first check on March 3rd. I suppose to book another night March 5th, after coming back from other city in Italy.

Simply but nice hotel with good breakfast choice. The room I was assigned at the check-in, had some issues with the TV and the sockets. The front desk staff promptly upgraded me to another room to solve the problem, they were very attentive.
