Ulasan Whitelaw Hotel

This hotel was a great stay. Staff was helpful and friendly upon arrival and departure. There are some issues with the door key cards. We had to get them reprogrammed several times to get in the room, but it was just a technical difficulty of the key -- if it touches any magnet, such as phone or credit cards, it would lose he ability to unlock the door. The rooms were fairly clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this stay for solo or couple travelers with it's ambiance. There is a Mexican bar at entrance and taco restaurant next door (Abuela's) that as a guest you get 15% off. Also free happy hour cocktails 5-6pm. Great vibes, would definitely stay again if I travel to Miami Beach!

Although the rooms are renovated and the beds comfortable, that's where it ends. There is no kind of security. Anyone can get to the room floors from the street. There was no hot water, showering in ice cold water was awful. Upon getting home and checking our credit card, we were charged for drinking the water from the bar fridge. We absolutely did not. Although it wasn't a huge amount, it wasn't right to be accused of doing something we didn't do. The hotel did nothing to make it right, and would not reply to my queries. We do not recommend this hotel.

Was a very nice hotel will stay again

Not a bad hotel, old, didn't like the girl manager at the reception, she was rude, there were problems with the card and for some reason it wasn't read by them, but that's not our problem, the card is working, the issue was resolved when we took another terminal, the hotel took a little more tax than was written on the website. The hotel is 3 stars

The front desk is a little brother with a strong Spanish style, and the service is enthusiastic. The first floor is a Mexican restaurant. Mojitos are excellent. The rooms are in an antique European style, which is okay.
