Hotel Clé Reforma Insurgentes

This is the best Boutique in Mexico I have ever stayed. Excellent location, very friendly staff , magnificent food and veey , very clean. The beds are wonderful. You feel that you sleep over the clouds. I congratulate and Management and the new owners for everything you are doing to make of the CLE hotel the best in Mexico City. My experience was fantastic. I highly recommend the CLE to anyone that is visisting Mexico. On a 1 to 5 Star rating I give the CLE hotel a 6 Stars. Thank you for a great and memorable experience. The location is great and feels safe. We walked to cafes and surrounding areas to get a feel for the city and area which has beautiful historic homes, apartments and buildings. The Hotel was sufficiently clean and Comfortable although we were out most of the time. Staff very helpful. I believe the young Hotel manager was not sober when I checked in and felt annoyed at his unprofessional behaviour but that didn’t put me off as all the other staff made up for his obvious incompetence. He didn’t even remember me the following evening considering our interaction which confirmed my suspicions. Besides that this hotel is perfectly fine (not amazing) for what we were paying.

I just left and it was the worst and most embarrassing hotel experience of my life. After a night of dinner a drinks, I brought my partner (who lives in Mexico) back to my room. The staff immediately chased us down upon entry and demanded to know if my partner was a guest then proceeded to make a scene and demand I pay $500 for my literal romantic partner to stay in my hotel room that I already paid for. I have never been so embarrassed, disgusted and felt more taken advantage of in my life! Literally made me feel like a child. What a disgusting, invasive and greedy policy for a hotel to implement. The most abhorrent and rude experience I’ve ever had to deal with on a vacation. Aside from that, I had no internet for 2 days, my door lock was out of batteries for two days, and room service left me no towels. I’m traumatized from this experience and will NEVER stay here again. Take your money and dignity elsewhere. Ruined my entire trip to be treated that way and to be charged for having the staff invade my privacy. ZERO STARS.

I definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean. Super service. Room service. AC. Perfect location. Tours information if needed. I would stay there again for sure. No laundry service and no covid test service. But the rests was perfect. Attention to details is excellent.

La habitación es muy cómoda, limpio todo. El hotel pequeño, muy bien ubicado, en zona tranquila para caminar. El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno, muy rico todos los alimentos. El check in es riguroso hasta las 3 pm. Para viajes de negocios o con pareja lo recomiendo ampliamente. El precio es muy atractivo para la zona en la que esta

Buena ubicación, modernas instalaciones y comida rica a buenos precios. Limpio y a pesar de ser pequeño todo está bien distribuido. Tienen una terraza que vale la pena ver. Atención excelente, José , el mesero que nos atendió fue muy atento.

Muy buena experiencia: Excelente ubicación (céntrico). Pequeño, pero muy cómodo, con muy buena distribución y aprovechamiento de espacio. Tranquilo, con diferentes espacios muy agradables para comer. Personal muy amable. Gracias!🙏🏼

Peor hotel que eh estado en cdmx, todo el piso olia a cañeria, el aire lavado no funcionaba, el "encargado" del hotel me comento que no podia estar en el lobby del hotel esperando mi taxi al aeropuerto por que segun el me iba a dormir por que iba a esperar 3 horas, el trato fue pesimo y las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear.

Excelente hotel, la habitación bastante acogedora, la limpieza excelente, la cama super cómoda, la ubicación es excelente y el personal es muy servicial. Definitivamente un buen lugar para quedarse ya sea por negocios o de vacaciones. ¡Todo super bien!
