Ulasan Hotel Catedral

Superb location. I miss a cocktail bar. The restaurant/ cafe was old-fashioned. Roomservice super. The newbuilt part. Lacks a modern hi-so restaurant.

Receptionists are accommodating , the servers in Breakfast buffet are superb, and the food served was delicious! The housekeeping assigned to our room (318) was unbelievable , she cleaned our room every day as if it's our first day entering our room.

The location and service are excellent. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We highly recommend the hotel.

Great hotel. Perfect location, right on the street behind the main church. Perfect service, snacks, fruit and water are available for free in the lobby. When I asked where to buy a Metrocard, they gave it to me for free， only need return as check out

Very centrally located hotel with nice rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room I had was nice and big, clean and had a nice bathroom. Would stay there again for sure. Had a good experience in this hotel. There was only one minor quickly solved problem: when I entered my room, there was already someone staying in that room. So I went down and got another new room. Other than that, good stay.

離憲法廣場很近很近，離地鐵站也很近。 設施有點老舊，隔音效果不好，小陽台反而給人一種不安全感。 早餐沒什麼吃的，也不好吃，沒有適合中國味蕾的東西。 被子就是一個被單，睡覺會有點冷。不是很推薦，如果衹是為了亡靈節還是可以的。

房間乾淨，設施齊全，從陽台可以看到周邊的景色，比較好。

酒店位於歷史城區，到憲法廣場不用10分鐘，步行到其他幾個著名景點也很方便。周圍設施一應俱全，出門右邊便有便利店。酒店服務還可以，只是記性不太好，請求協助的事情轉眼便忘記。房間有免費零食、熱咖啡、免費的瓶裝水，亦有不同枕頭選擇，很貼心。特別要提是酒店Buffet早餐，超值，款式多又好食，菜式每日更新，果汁濃郁又新鮮，每天都很飽。餐廳職員，大廚每個都非常專業且笑容滿臉，充份理解每個菜式，擺盤十分精美，十分讚！！！整體而言會推介這間酒店。

入住期間經歷了一些不愉快，放在房間的行李箱裏麪的護照夾裏面的錢少了100美元。酒店看了監控，除了打掃沒有其他人進去過，由於證據不足，沒有辦法證明是誰拿了，衹能吃啞巴虧。酒店的管理也一般，早餐付了費進去的，吃完出來服務員攔住問是否付費了，很荒謬的行為。

位置優越，安全。在憲法廣場步行至很多主要景點。服務挺好，房間不錯，衞生間大，就是毛巾有洞，需要更新！

很差的酒店。涉虛假宣傳，誤導欺騙。攜程廣告上酒店建築是帶教堂的尖頂，根本不是這家酒店的。酒店設施陳舊，床墊塌陷，地毯臟兮兮，門打不開，咖啡壺不好用，特別是晚上被凍醒連被子都沒有。奇怪的是評分很高，都是這家酒店的中國代理公司做的假宣傳。

位置沒得説，到憲法廣場就幾步路。周圍設施一應俱全，葯店，便利店，地鐵，旅遊巴士，瑪雅博物館等都在五分鐘步行範圍內。還有一家中餐自助也很好吃！酒店服務超級好。有免費零食、熱咖啡、免費的瓶裝水。遇上了問題也積極幫助解決。
