There is a suburb nearby. The hotel is on the second floor of a shopping mall. The design is very special and it is very convenient for business trips. I basically eat at the hotel and the shopping mall downstairs. There are McDonald's and KFC, as well as several Italian restaurants. The hotel's hygiene is okay. It's a classic chain hotel. The hotel was gorgeous and located in Sorrento with a beautiful view, totally worth the value for the night. My only suggestion is the pool to be open until a later time, and to offer lunch and dinner and not just breakfast. The reception personnel including the manager were very rude. I went to ask a question and the manager replied: ”only if it's one question because I'm very busy.” Every time I had a question I was made feel as if I was being a nag which I was not.

3 faults I found in this hotel: the poorly soundproofed rooms, the light interruptor of the neighbouring room lights my room light so it is better in the full night to remove the card that activates the light, and breakfast of the bad quality. Otherwise for all the rest everything is nickel: the staff at the listening and welcome, cleanness nothing to say, and the top the location

shower more nights. Clean and well-accessored rooms. Excellent breakfast with bakery sweets and cappuccino-caffee bars and not just machines. Breakfast room with beautiful glass and balcony with view of the city. The hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the Garibaldi Central Station and 10 minutes from the duomo and the way of the courts and thus the historic centre is close, even though neighborhoods in Naples are often degraded.
