The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. Its convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the station, was a major plus. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed me to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Good location, bus stop is right outside the hotel for visiting Venis. Plenty shops and coffee shops

It wasn't great visit for us. We just came im to our hotel when we saw water leaking from air conditioner while making loud noise from electrocity. We called the reception, and man came to "fix" it. We went touring and still the same day when we came back it happend again. Again someone came to fix it but couldn't do anything about the noise. Also we were told that they can't give us different room because "they are full" but when they saw our dissatisfaction suddenly the different room was found... 🙃 The area (Mestre) seems dangerous, full of eastern immigrants. Especially in the night you don't feel safe.

Extremely good living experience, people are nice, and transportation is also very convenient :)

I am a loyal customer of booking. I have booked a room several times. However, this experience in hotel Delfino Venezia Mestre made me very dissatisfied and questioned the professionalism of the hotel staff. We booked a 2-night stay from 5th to 7th. After a tiring day's travel, we returned to the hotel to find my dresses, coats and neatly folded clothes that had been placed on the bed were thrown on the floor. I was shocked that our closets were still empty, even though the cleaning crew needed to clear the bed of clutter, he/she had plenty of choices to put my clothes on the chairs, in the closets, on the nightstands. I absolutely cannot accept that my tight-fitting pajamas, three clothes that have been washed and clean, are left on the floor, not folded, mind you, but carelessly thrown on the floor! The so-called cleaning service is to stain all my clothes and cause me trouble, I really do not accept and would rather not have this service. This is the first time that I have ever seen a hotel move guests' personal belongings randomly, or even intentionally dirty them. In addition, my friend found that her bedding had been replaced with new, and the new bedding had someone else's dry menstrual blood on it, which she could not stand and felt sick. This happened on the same day the clothes were discarded and we were very unhappy with the room service in room 1303 on July 6. The air conditioning in the room was also unsatisfactory, unable to adjust the temperature, even when we set the temperature to 30 degrees it was still bitterly cold. All night we shivered in our thin comforters. Therefore, I am very sorry to write this letter, and hope that the hotel can pay attention to it and give me a reasonable explanation about the three questions above. Best wishes.

Pathetic hotel, its not a 4 star hotel, absolutely no amenities given like isntant coffee or toilettes. Only thr reception was helpful, except that everything else was sub par, dirty and broken rooms.

Great location and friendly staff. The bus stopped right outside the hotel to take you into Venice and ran at all times of the day.

The location is good. The bus station is in front of the hotel and you can take bus to the main land in 15min. The cleanliness is also good.

Great location if traveling to venice often but cant feel very safe at night. Located near a huge supermarket, can kill time before check in at 3pm

The hotel is not really near Mastre station (need to walk 10mins), can't check in early, however can there are free storage space which can put down the luggage.
