Ulasan Hotel Seri Malaysia Mersing

2nd time staying in this hotel for this week. Room hotel is ok. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is free for hotel guests. Easy to get the food and drink by walking distance.

Great location, nearby tourist attraction but the property not well maintain and need refurbishment.

The room requires better cleaning, especially the toilet, which could use a thorough scrubbing. The room itself feels outdated and old. On the positive side, the new air conditioner and charging ports were a nice touch, and the location in Mersing is very convenient. Breakfast could be improved, even considering the hotel’s lower star rating. Overall, there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.

Kenapa tak nak renovate? come on owners? tempat cantik & strategik kot!! management team please la improve.. dont turn a strategic place into a ******* hotel. kotor & sgt jijik kebersihan.. tapi tempat lawoo teruk.. kbai.

room very dirty. molded everywhere. needed an upgrade.

Almost everything is outdated. But nevertheless, had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent.

Old hotel. very bad room. dirty toilet. however very friendly staffs & very tasty nasi lemak & fried mee goreng for breakfast. not many variety of foodss for breakfast but the foods taste good. location good in the city of Mersing.

It's an old hotel with good services. Everything seems fine to me. All the amenities are provided. The room is neat and tidy. Recommended for those who need a short break to stay here.

Breakfast was so so. Perabot very old. Bed was terrible. Bila duduk berbunyi-bunyi katil. Toilet bowl mcm nak tercabut. Air bertakung. Papan gosok mcm nak patah. Bertepatan dengan harga murah.

The location was fine. But the rooms are very noisy so you can hear everything. Besides noise, the place is just not clean stains can be found everywhere on the sheets on the floor on the tiles in the whole bathroom and on the furniture as well. I mean, you get what you pay for, but it’s really not clean would not recommend. 

It seems to be a "halal" hotel where no alcohol is allowed (acceptable requirement) to be brought in and the restaurant remains closed during the day during the fasting month of Ramadan. The town is about a 1km walk away. Such info should be released to Trip.com for guests to know before booking is done and payments processed. As guests, we want to respect everyone for their religion/customs but we should not be left in the dark until we arrive at the hotel.

Bad experience staying here. I can accept the hotel are old but at least keep maintenance and cleanliness, especially the toilet, you will not feel want to go toilet again after going in.

One of the worse hotel in Malaysia. Hotel very dirty and hotel stuff's are not friendly at all. We have requested to clean up our room but nobody clean up the room.
