We went to Seaham with the kids for the glass beach and this was cheap and really really clean which was very good plus the bedroom for us was ample. The food was just outstanding especially the ty restaurant X the kids loved it and the staff was friendly, helpful x thankyou πŸ₯° xx

Nice boutique like hotel, rooms were nice. Only problem is traffic noise, we had rooms one facing the motorway and the other one also facing road. . The traffic noise were clearly disturbing and the windows weren't good. Breakfasr need to be pre booked and can not walk in which is not convenient.

From arriving we were made very welcome friendly staff room comfortable and Thai restaurant was lovey food hot will be returning breakfast in morning was also lovely and again hot πŸ‘
