具體馬特魯之眼比較近，酒店對面野海灘很美！ 但是遠離繁華地帶，沒車入住後就不方便出去了 前台叫了司機包車遊覽了海灘。服務挺好 房間衞生整體不錯，就是Wi-Fi太爛了 連不上。手機網絡也很差。 餐飲較貴，對比當地物價！晚餐沒吃，早餐很一般。

千萬不要定這個酒店，房間設施很久，沐浴露瓶子都是壞的，衹有硬拆下來才能用。被子有發黴了，一股味。加上早餐差不多七百多人民幣一晚了，感覺很不值得，聯繫選擇酒店的時候多看看。

房間較為整潔，設施很新，服務員很熱情，沙灘是朝向內海的，風浪不大很舒服，早餐不是自助是分餐制，但是量很足食物種類也很全

看介紹衹開業一年多，但是房間裏的設施卻已經蠻舊的，不過衞生方面還是不錯的。現在是冬季，遊客不多，整體來説還是比較滿意的

服務非常好，前台小姐姐很熱情的幫忙打車，酒店的海也很漂亮

總之還不如去住一百塊錢的旅館

The hotel is more than wonderful and all the staff are welcoming and smiling. I would like to thank the general manager, Mr. Magdy Al-Sayegh, for his welcome and his amazing effort throughout the day, and Mr. Ahmed Hussein, the food and beverage manager, for his hospitality and for the wonderful food in terms of taste, quality and variety. Really, thank you to all the hotel staff because they made the vacation more than wonderful. The hotel is worth visiting every year.

Our vacation was very nice We enjoyed our stay in this hotel for the whole week The food is great , quality and variety Feels like you are eating at your home Salads, deserts,bakery, main dishes, Thanks to Mr Ahmed Hussien food and beverage General Manager His staff was great All are working very hard for your comfort Smiling and hard working and very dedicated and very professional All are working professionally under the hourly supervision of the Hotel General Manager Mr. El saygh We met him and we are honored to know him This is one of the best hotels to stay in Marsa Matrooh Definitely we will come back again Thanks to all the staff on the beach , for the jet ski service, animation , music on the beach , nice entertainment at night , restaurants staff, the cafe and Shisha staff, reception team, the housekeeping, reservation team Alaa gave us the best room in the third floor The rooms are very modern , very clean, the property is brand new, beds are comfortable, space of the room was very good Worth a vacation not less than a week

for almost a week in August 2024. Overall experience was pleasant, staff are really friendly and helpful and made us enjoy our stay. Beach is nice sandy one and kids friendly along with a cozy pool that the kids loved. Food is great and well presented and sweets there are very nice specially the fresh fruits. Entertainment program during the day and in the evening that didn't leave us thinking what to happily served by the staff in the restaurant and the special delicious cakes that were customized to us in these occasions. Safir was simply amazing resort! Amazing service from all the hotel staff and they were most cooperative. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. There is a variety of food types and it is distinguished by its quality. There is a distinguished private beach and the atmosphere is calm. Special thanks to the Food and Beverage Manager, Mr. Salah Lutfi, and special thanks to the Restaurant Manager, Ahmed Hussein, Mr. Hamada Magdy, and Chef Refaat Abdel Hamid.
