Drury Inn & Suites Meridian

Nice hotel right off the interstate. Plenty of food options in walking distance. The free nightly snacks and adult beverages was a pleasant surprise.

As a seasoned traveler, it’s hard to surprise me when it comes to hotels, but Drury, you did! Had my first stay in Meridian, Mississippi, and wowza! Had never been to this Southern city and was surprised at the number of high-rise hotels that sprinkled the landscape. Thousands of rooms are available. Choose this one. Walking into the lobby I was astounded by the elegance, from the gorgeous walls to the lovely light fixtures. Front desk staff were lovely and efficient and encouraged me to attend the ‘Kickback’, starting at 5:30. Whatever, I thought. But I did wander down around 6:00 to a dining area full of laughing, happy guests, enjoying their free cocktails and the most amazing complimentary buffet I’d ever seen. Meatballs, hotdogs, nachos, salad, a tasty minestrone soup, mixed veggies (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots that were NOT overcooked), heavenly mashed potatoes, and the ebullient Jennifer, holding court behind the bar. What?! Sipping my bloody Mary, I strolled around chatting with strangers, enjoying the fun. When no one was looking, I drizzled the nacho cheese sauce over my veggies. It’s healthy, right? My room was uber clean, spacious, and had a real desk chair to relax in while I worked remotely. Comfy mattress too, and if there were any guests on adjoining rooms, I NEVER heard them. Lovely. The next morning, I couldn’t wait to sample the breakfast and I was not disappointed. THE best biscuit I’ve had outside of New Orleans, and a plethora of eggs, sausage, won

We were in town for a soccer tournament. One, two queens. Thought it was a little pricey till I arrived. 3 free drinks per adult. Buffet dinner if bbq slider, hot dogs, nachos, baked beans. Great free breakfast. Biscuits, sausage, gravy, eggs, grits, potatoes, cereal, juice, milk, fountain drinks. Also! Swimming pool that was half inside and half outside. Hot tub.

Excellent!!! Best Drury we have ever stayed at. Best was the breakfast. Best breakfast I have had at a hotel in a very long time, and definitely one of the best ever. Very clean, and the hotel had a fresh smell. Every crew member we came into contact with was very friendly. Can't recommend them more. Very satisfied with our stay. If in Meridian, definitely stay at the Drury!

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel itself. The stay was comfortable. Pool and gym areas were well maintained. Breakfast and evening meals were great. I can't wait to visit again!

This was an unexpected diamond in the rough!!! Free full breakfast buffet with eggs sausage, home fries, etc! Pool was fun and includes a Jacuzzi.

Motel is nicely located and has a good parking lot. Our room is clean and nicely decorated and maintained. The evening meal provided was delicious.

We were greeted very friendly as soon as we walked in. Check-in was super easy. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good.

Got there to check in after midnight and when tried calling desk to open locked doors phone rang 5+ minutes. Finally answered-she had stepped away. Bad timing I guess
