Lokasi di Jalan Mewah, asap dan asapnya lebih sedikit, tetapi jalanannya relatif bersih dan tenang. Peralatan dapur di kamar rata-rata, dan sanitasinya rata-rata. Semuanya bisa dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki .

Saya pesan pas lihat katanya sarapannya ada, tapi ternyata paket sarapannya: susu, jus jeruk, dll, seperti yang diantar pelayan ke kamar hari itu.

Kamarnya besar, lengkap dan murah. Kalaupun datang terlambat, tidak ada layanan front desk, jadi harus menelpon untuk check-in. Nomor kamar yang diberitahukan kepada saya pada awalnya salah, tetapi seseorang turun dan menyelesaikannya. Saya melakukan reservasi selama dua hari. Sudah lewat jam 12 ketika saya kembali dari menonton penguin di Phillip Island. Kartu kamar untuk lift sebenarnya tidak berfungsi sedikit hancur!

The check in was very late from our side in the night and we didn't realized that reception will be closed after 8pm. And also no one was reachable for this late check in. Even a phone number was on the door, but no one answered 😒 The room is big but a little bit bad smelling. Also it's not really clean.

The hotel has a good location to everywhere and good service. Will come back next time

The perfect location for a family getaway - apartment accommodation with a bath. Close to the theaters, the MCG and Melbourne Park, lots of restaurants and cafes and trams.

Everything is perfect, except the refrigerator can’t keep ice cream. Please don’t buy frozen items. We booked a room for 3. The room is spacious with an open kitchen. You can cook and enjoy meals with your beloved ones. The hotel is few steps away from the China town, plenty of restaurants. If you book tours from Klook, you can choose the pick up point at the Stamford hotel, 2 mins from the Mantra.

Nice hotel!!! Good location and worth with the price. Walking distance to any where. Definitely will rebook it if visit Melbourne again

Good space, nothing fancy

Friendly staff in a well located serviced apartment. No amenities like in a hotel but front desk staff provided a list of nearby restaurants for meals. The room is very well equipped. Great for families who need space and amenities in the room.

Location is good. It’s more like a business suite. No on-site parking but can park at the car park behind the hotel for a fees. Parking is expensive in the CBD.

Location: The location of the hotel is very convenient, many sightseeing points and shops are at walking distance (10-15 min). Moreover, there is a plethora of restaurants around the hotel and China Town was also a 10 min away. Cleanliness: Although the room looks clean at first glance, without room service available, the room can get messy and dirty really quick. Moreover the toilet and cooking area are relatively small, which makes everything cramped together and drips everywhere. Another thing to note is that the shower place in the bathroom does not have proper enclosement which will cause water to splash all around when taking a shower to bath, especially the water closet which causes a lot of inconvenience. Service: The staffs at the counter are very helpful and friendly. Not only they were polite but they will help and make your stay as pleasant as possible by assisting you with your needs (extra amenities and beds). General Facilities and amenities: Even though you can always ask for extra amenities from staffs, the facilities ans other services in this hotel is completely lacking. As mentioned, there is no house cleaning service provided nor there are any other recreational facilities such as swimming pool or in house kitchen. Another point to note is that Mentra 100 is not a big hotel, they only provide 1 or 2 room selections. If you are travelling with 4 ppl or above it is best to keep this in mind as some people might need to sleep in the living room given the limited space.
