It's a good hotel for a quick night's sleep due to late night arrivals. Facilities are lagging. Staff are friendly.

5 mins walk to Southern Cross Station, where bus to Melbourne Airport at 15 mins(?) interval. Another 15 mins walk (or less when using the free Melbourne tram) to the heart of city centre. Basic hotel for basic traveller.

Best location in CBD, easy to access everywhere with free Trams zone

Very convenient location for a budget travel! Located within Tedder tram zone and minutes to the skybus terminal!

I stay here about 4 times now the hotel close o everything even close to a costco and the ****** on the tram and close to supermarkets as well staff are allways welcoming as this was a short trip I didn't get a chance to try the gym only go to go look at It gym was nice and clean hotel was clean room was clean and smell nice house keeping staff were nice and friendly. I recommend this hotel to someone who on short trips like I am as close to most places in Melbourne was a good experience #frequentflyergeek

Location is good, about 10 minutes from Southern Cross Station and Skybus to Melbourne Airport. There are also tram stations nearby to some tourist attractions, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The room is generally fine, though some rooms of the same room type look smaller due to its configuration. We used the 24h private carpark that the hotel recommended, but was double charged by both hotel and the carpark itself. Initially the hotel staff wanted to refund the lower charge which we declined, and we had to spend some time and effort to get the manager to help settle with the carpark. Most staff were more approachable, while there was one or two who did not seem interested. Luckily, the issue was resolved in the end.

Excellent location, quiet and convenient, close to tram, train, airport bus stations. Fair room cleaning services, as missed service or less towels provided. Hard work to climb the front stairs with heavy luggage.

Perfect location with just a 5 minute walk from Southern Cross station and airport express shuttle.

Friendly receptionists. Room quite small. No soap near the faucet so needed to jump into the shower every time I want to wash my hands. Bed comfy. Nice AC. Pic is of the surrounding areas. Close to the train station. Wish the team was closer.
