Val Baussenc is a nice hotel. Close drive to St. Remy. Night manager needs a lesson in hospitality. Didn't offer to carry bags over three flights of stairs. No suggestions for food and drinks. He seemed eager to clock out and leave for the evening rather than help guests.

Ideal for a couple looking for for a simple, quiet and nice place to stay for a few days, allowing short distance visits to the main attractions and the city of Arles. The personal is very friendly and efficient. The table is good and serves local fresh dishes of great taste and quality. The choice of wines is local but very nice at very low prices.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Val Baussenc. The hotel and grounds were so beautiful and peaceful - good for the soul. The rooms were beyond comfortable and clean. The entire staff was amazing - very professional, friendly, and accommodating of my horrible ability to speak French. The restaurant was absolutely fabulous! It is also within short walking distance of Maussane-les-Alpilles, a remarkable litle town in Provence. I plan on staying there again and I highly recommend this property to everyone.

unfortunately sometimes you have to conclude that something isn't it anymore. we often spent a few nights here. always come back. the accommodation is very nice and it has been renovated so fine. beautiful garden, but that's where it ends. we stayed here on September 4 and 5. a weekend where the internet and therefore the TV was down. at the checkout, the owner responded if I was crazy. because she just had wifi. yes Monday. Also, our offer of breakfast included suddenly disappeared and there was no discussion about it. pay! ok you want to enjoy your holiday, so never mind. contrary to the info on the internet, where it says that you pay at the accommodation, a reservation is made on your cc on arrival. it will not be deducted from your bill. So you pay the full amount and until today, contrary to the owner's promise, the amount is still reserved on my CC. An email to the owner asking for an explanation is simply not answered. what have we done to deserve this rudeness? we will skip this hotel in the future and it gives a bad feeling. because we have so many memories here. i feel offended.

Bel endroit très confortable à 5 mn du centre du village de Maussanne à pieds pour une balade. Le restaurant est une super bonne surprise gastronomique en plus de la courtoisie du personnel. Chambre spacieuse, literie de qualité, sdb agréable et tres bien équipée. Attention, baignoire douche glissante.....

Proche du village, du calme et de l'espace,une impression de sérénité dès l'arrivée. Et puis un bon accueil, ensuite une chambre agréable avec loggia et salle de bains avec fenêtre et WC indépendants .Diner au restaurant devant la belle piscine,avec menus diversifiés. Le tout d'une propreté irréprochable. Un hôtel bien entretenu et bien géré où l'on se sent bien à l'aise.Quoi d'autre??

Cadre agréable, jolie piscine, sauna et hammam. Hôtel calme. Chambre confortable (la notre avec balcon). Petit déjeuner complet. Situation intéressante si on veut visiter les Baux de Provence. On n'a pas testé le restaurant car il est fermé le dimanche soir. Dans l'ensemble, pour une réservation de dernière minute, c'était plutôt une bonne surprise.

Nouveau séjour dans cet hôtel restaurant, je ne peux que me répéter, nous y avons passé 15 jours de rêves . Cet hôtel situé dans un parc arboré et fleuri à souhaits, calme garanti, juste le chant des cigales, un havre de paix pour se ressourcer. De très confortables chambres, literie extra, propreté irréprochable. La piscine, l’espace sport et bien être, tout est prévu pour agrémenter le séjour. Côté restauration le buffet du petit déjeuner est complet, et le soir le dîner nous permet de goûter les spécialités régionales, merci à la cheffe. Le service est effectué avec professionnalisme , et grande sympathie, le temps entre les plats est à un tres bon rythme. J’ai quitté toute cette sympathique équipe, ce coin de Provence avec un très grand regret. Un grand merci à Isabelle, Nicolas, Virginie, Nadège amie du petit déjeuner, celui qui nous sert nos boissons, et nous conseille pour sur les lieux à visiter, dont j’ai hélas une fois de plus oublié le prénom, notre cheffe et tous ceux qui ont oeuvré, pour nous gâter. Les Thionvillois .
