It’s fine the bathroom should have a place to put toiletries

Very conveniently located as it's adjoining to a big mall where one has everything. The staff are nice too, breakfast ok. But the room quality not good, interior not spacious and uneasy to place one‘s belonging. Bed comfy and TV didn't work. Price is great.

I had a great time at this hotel and the location is great next door to an amazing mall, with plenty of food options and a supermarket as well. The were many positives such as friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location connected to a mall and very quiet location. I am afraid there are quite a number of negatives as well. 1. After arriving very early after a overnight flight, my room wasn't ready and although they gave me a very basic room to rest in, it took 3 requests before I was moved to my intended room. It almost felt like they hoped I wouldn't and they could overcharge me and then resell my intended room. 2. Upon checking out, it was very busy and unfortunately I had a very junior person, who initially tried to overcharge me for already paid for items and then we got to the payment stage, as she didn't have the EFTPOS machine, I was asked to go to the back of the queue (5 people in front of me) where her manager was, and that person could process my payment. To the Manager's credit, they realised what happened and asked me to come to the front of the queue, with no real apology. 3. We had to leave the window open for most of the time as our room smelt of Moth Balls. 4. Security was mostly great, with the exception of, at one stage at night a pack of about 7 wild dogs walked through the restaurant area and luckily ignored all of the patrons. 5. I know this one is a first world problem, but the hotel has no luggage stands or areas to put your suit case, so it will end upon the floor or a couch for the whole part if your stay.

Property very clean and well maintained and is situated in a tranquile environment. It is a very safe place to be.

The stay was good only concern was the wifi speed was slower than usual and room service was not available. Besides this the mall location was pretty good and the ambience was wonderful. Good place to visit with Friends, Family or for business. Will definitely suggest people to visit this hotel if they are in Mauritius.

The overall experience is not that good The cleanliness of room is below average Staff is lazy at restaurant for breakfast Bed mattress is not that comfortable Good point is your hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall Overall experience is average Not value for money Foe toiletries I have to ask couple of times.

In overall it was good except they forgot to put bath towels have asked several times for that. Good atmosphere though.

Room very unpractical with the bathroom design and toilet placement, the room we were in (230) shower set was broken. The service was very slow however saved by one lady called Brindah who was really amazing with her service and knew how to handle the restaurant.

wonderful stay with cool breeze during breakfast in the early morning. Appreciate service of the restaurant, house keeping and front desk staff . They were very good and helping.
