It was awesome! The hotel has nearby parking with 1000 yen per night, and you can park till next noon. It has sauna and hot spring to relax. Room is clean and cozy.

Great location, easy connection to Matsuyama castle and commercial area. Open air spa is another bonus.

The hotel rooftop open-air bath is the best for relieving fatigue from the day. The breakfast is also good for the price.

It is a good hotel because it is close to the Jeju Air free shuttle bus stop from Matsuyama Airport and is especially close to the Okaido shopping street.

Location, breakfast, friendliness, and value for money were all good. It was clean, but there was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom. It was also very convenient to move to the main tourist sites. In particular, the breakfast was simple but delicious.

As usual, Japanese hotels are always relatively sophisticated and unique, but the advantage is that they are in a good location and are close to restaurants and shopping. What's even better is that there is a free hot spring on the top floor. The small disadvantage is that the hot spring does not provide towels, and the paid laundry arrangement is inappropriate, which is a fly in the ointment.

First of all, when I arrived at the elevator hall on the 13th floor, I could see the castle, which was more impressive than I expected. Everyone at the front desk was very efficient and polite, and the location made it easy to get to anywhere, so I'm glad I chose this hotel.

I stayed here for training in Matsuyama. After entering the room and turning on the air conditioner, I noticed a moldy smell... was it just my imagination? Will it go away soon? I was tired and wondered what the smell was coming from, so I went to sleep. However, the smell woke me up several times during the night, and I felt sick, so I turned off the air conditioner. In the morning, I explained the situation to the front desk, but they replied that there was nothing they could do because they didn't have the same type of room. I liked the location and the room, so I was disappointed with the poor service. I was hoping they would at least apologize at the beginning and come to see the room, so it was disappointing.

It was very easy to get to from the city center. The hotel itself was very clean, but for some reason the room smelled like sweat. We couldn't open the windows, so there was no ventilation and it was murky. There were also small insects flying around, so it was a bit uncomfortable.

The spa was also very pleasant, and I was able to relax in my room. I would like to use it again. But there are two things... ☆When I used the spa in the morning, the water tank was empty, which was sad after the sauna. ☆I bought some "Dogo Beer" to drink in the room, but there was no bottle opener, so I bought one at a 100 yen shop. However, I couldn't bring it on the plane, so I had to throw it away... Could the front desk have lent it to me? I think it was just my fault for not checking... Thank you for your help.
