We were impressed with the friendly services and cleanliness of the hotel. The dripping coffee provided was very generous and nice. Location was great.

The rooms are large and the bathrooms are especially spacious for Japan - the zones of bath and shower are even separated. Upper floors offer a nice city view.

This hotel offers a distinctly international experience, with staff fluent in both Chinese and English. Parking is available for 1200 yen, with an automatic parking tower conveniently located next to the hotel. Friendly staff are on hand to assist with parking. Just simply drive your car into the designated slot, and they will handle the rest, automatically transporting it to an upper floor. What's more, the parking fee includes unlimited access, so there's no need to worry about being charged multiple times when going out for dinner or exploring the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer nothing to complain about. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The leisure room type with massage chair(seen by the photo on the web) that I booked via trip.com was sold out when I arrived at 9.30pm, appreciated that finally a higher ranked staff offered me a room in the Annex building, thank-you so much.

The Daiwa Roynet Hotel is conveniently located in the main shopping district of Matsuyama. It is also close to the famous Matsuyama Castle. However as the city of Matsuyama is not too busy, the nearby streets are relatively quiet. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which serves dinner and breakfast in case you cannot find a place to eat . The hotel room is not too spacious. However I would say that it is a functional hotel with all the necessary facilities. Parking is available and you need to go to the back street to enter. It costs 1500 for one night.

The rooms at Yamato Roynet Hotel are very spacious, the bathrooms are designed with dry and wet separation, and there are small tables by the windows. It is very comfortable to sit by the floor-to-ceiling windows and daydream. The hotel is located at the Okaido Station, which is also a stop for long-distance buses and the city, and it is very convenient for travel. Behind the hotel is the entrance to the ropeway to Matsuyama Castle. This is also an important location in the story of Sakagami no Kumo, and there are many historical places to see.
