The service was great but the room’s shower floor cleanliness needs to be improve.

I had been wanting to stay here since it was a hot topic on social media, so I was happy I was able to stay this time! The room was clean, and I had a lot of fun and relaxed time trying different mandarin orange juices, renting yukatas and towels in the lounge, and more! I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

朝食のサラダ類が生野菜たっぷりでドレッシングも様々で色々食べてよかったです。蛇口から出るみかん🍊ジュース3種類や夜20時からの鯛茶漬けのサービスよかったです。チェックアウトが11時までだったからギリギリまでゆっくりできました✨

大堂有3款橙汁可以任飲，毛巾可以自行選擇，到鄰近的溫泉館享用，房間不大，但整潔整齊，不錯！！

家庭旅遊，晚上19點到21點（印象中），有茶泡飯，超好吃的，早餐蔬菜水果很多，有單點無限的法式小吐司（很很吃）！

I wonder what's the point of not being able to connect to the internet just because you have an Android these days. When I called the front desk to say that the Wi-Fi wasn't working, they brought me a router. When I called again, it still wasn't working, and they said, "Android is hard to connect, and we don't know the cause," which was a shocking response. I went down the hill and went to a convenience store on Kabuki-dori to connect. On their website, they say, "We hope that each and every one of our guests has a wonderful trip...We will not settle for the status quo, but will work hard and strive to improve," but if that's the case, they should find out the cause and improve it. The blinds on the bathroom floor are also unsanitary, with mold growing underneath. The whole hotel is old and cramped, and the rooms are also cramped. The sound of the air conditioner is a concern, and the sea bream rice service from 8 p.m. was delicious, but there were not enough tables and chairs compared to the amount of rice in the jars provided, and the eyeball juice, which only comes out when the tap is fully open, is disappointing. The only things I could say were the choice of towels and yukata, French toast, fried small sardines, and a whole mandarin orange juicer, but I thought the breakfast fee was too high for the content.
