Good hotel conveniently located near the castle of Matsumoto. Great breakfast and free bicycles to use.

An excellent location for both the station and tourist areas. Very quiet

Simple and great hotel, look old but it is more to a classic woody design. Specifically giving a thumb up to their customer service, not calculative at all, full patient and smile is always with them even do we checking at the late night. The room is clean and big, but the only bad thing is the sound proof of the room have to make some improvement… 3-5min walk to the nearest 7-11 convenient stall for your supper. English and Japanese style breakfast.

Good stay, the hotel's not too far from the castle.

酒店歷史久，房間較小，尤其衞生間侷促，這當然不是一家酒店的問題。 前台老奶奶老爺爺的服務很好，年紀很大了，還努力用英語交流，謝謝他們。

整體來說不錯，職員很友善。但我們連續住三天，如果酒店職員能每天換垃圾袋會更好！

部屋に電子レンジは無かったが、良い部屋だった ホテルにありがちのシャワーの水圧も問題なく快適に過ごせました 駐車場無料ときいてましたが、700円/日掛かりました 枕もとのコンセント１　机にコンセント２ なので、今時の人は、タップを持って行った方が良いですね
