Ulasan Moov Hotel Porto Norte

It's well-organaized hotel near a big shopping mall in Porto. Stuff are specially kind. I felt there are something more than the price. If you are tourist who lack of time, it might be better to choose the accomodation located in the center of the city. However, If you have time, this hotel must be one of the good option. I visited not only major tourist spots in Porto but also I welt the fish port market town Matosinhos 20 min metro ride from this hotel and enjoy the seafood there.

Very nice hotel, modern and confortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast is good and varied. Close to a big shopping mall and metro station. Oporto center is only 10 min. away in metro.

Great place to spend a night or two, in a good location with easy access to the hotel.

Super stay at this hotel. It is a little out of the centre, as people have already mentioned, but the metro station is a 5-minute walk away (at the most) and the trains are very frequent. Maybe 15 minutes to get to the ‘centre’. After an entire day exploring the busy, tourist areas of Porto, it felt nice to get away from it a bit, to regroup. It also enabled us to go to different areas closer to the hotel, to restaurants we wanted to try. So, for us, the perfect location. Directly behind the hotel is the Norte Shopping centre, which is huge and has a big food court. We went once to check it out and have a coffee, but we weren’t in Porto to shop. Looked good though and was very popular. Our room was lovely. Very clean, modern and fresh. Not sure how long this hotel has been open, but it feels very new. The bed & pillows were soooo comfortable, and the rain head shower was superb. Sufficient storage space for us in the bathroom and wardrobe, the AC worked a treat, and the black out curtains were much appreciated on the bright, sunny mornings. There was a cold water machine on each floor when you exited the elevator, which is a great idea. Why don’t all hotels do this? We could fill our bottles and didn’t have to buy lots of plastic bottles, great sustainable initiative. Staff were friendly & pleasant. We did not have the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Someone had mentioned in a previous review about the toilet paper dispenser. It is the kind you usually find in a public restroom, so rather than rolls of TP, it dispenses sheets. Ours was a little overpacked, so it either ripped coming out, or we accidentally pulled out too many sheets. But it is hardly a huge complaint in the grand scheme of things! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the price was good for a good quality, comfortable hotel, Would definitely stay again.

Went here on business. It's a no-frills hotel, rooms are small but are comfortable and don't feel cramped. The hotel is very new and it has modern decoration. Breakfast is very good and they have some vending machines with food, drinks (including hot ones) for when the bar is not operating. There's a chilled water machine on every floor as well. The only things I can point out are the annoying toilet paper that's dispensed sheet by very thin sheet and the tiny bath towel. It's almost the size of the face towel. If I tried I couldn't wrap it around my waist. Staff is helpful. It's right next NorteShoppinhg and has a subway stop nearby. Fairly far from the city center though, but the Subway will take you there in 15min.

Location is very good (close to subway, airport, taxi station and very big mall - you can reach it using subway and reach airport in the same way). Hotels seems quite new, rooms are very clean, service is very good. I reccomend it

We like to come every year and stay on one of the best hotel that we states clean rooms the location is great there is a private parking the staff is very nice and helpful and shopping near by also the metro is near

The hotel is two star but, for once, I thought it was better. The rooms are not too small and have everything you'd want with the exception of a tea/coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Everything worked in the bathroom and the water was hot. There are two shower heads -- rain forest and hand held. Breakfast was very good with lots of bakery products, fruit, cereal, seeds and prunes, cheese and meat, little cakes, fresh juices etc. Breakfast starts at 0730h. There is 24h front desk. Room entry is by a unique 6 digit code. Wifi works well. The hotel is next to a very large shopping centre and opposite a Lidl. Only 5 minutes from Sete Bicas metro station. Easy access to the airport, Porto and the railway station.

The hotel is located in an easytoreach part of Porto and is not too far from the airport (about 20 minutes by taxi) and with a train link from the airport to a spot which is a one minute walk away from the hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily and all facilities are present. People who would like a coffe machine or kettle in their room will be disappointed since they would have to buy their coffee from a machine on the ground floor. Other than this the hotel is top notch.

I stayed here for two nights on a solo trip to Porto. The location is excellent. It’s an easy walk to everything you will want to explore. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with a well stocked assortment. I stayed in a standard single. There is construction going on nearby of a new metro line. The noise did not affect my sleep. Overall, a great stay in lovely Porto.
