During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery. All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

The location is very good. The front of the hotel faces the old port, and the entrance is at the back. European style, old but not outdated, clean and tidy, the room is not big, two large suitcases are no problem, but the shower is a bit slow. Breakfast is OK, not many varieties but acceptable. You can see the scenery of the old port by the window. The service is also very good, very friendly. Leave for the airport at 6:30, breakfast starts at 6:30. We communicated the day before and arrived 15 minutes earlier, made coffee, and reminded us to make sandwiches to take with us. Overall satisfied, recommended to stay.

Hotel well located near the old port and spacious apartment for 3 people but building under construction: lots of dust everywhere, corridors leading to the stairs cluttered with materials, old or even uncomfortable mattresses, especially the sofa bed, stained and questionable, large and beautiful bathroom redone but very poorly finished, door does not close, scrapes on the floor, lack of large towels, however compensated by several small ones, kitchenette poor in utensils, lack of glasses, cutlery, no kitchen kit..., more serious absence of smoke detector in the support, improbable in this context! Finally, no terrace as indicated and noise from the boiler room at the bottom of the hotel non-stop Fortunately, the staff is available and static and does their best to overcome all these hazards according to their possibilities

It's great, even if no one shares my room rate for 500 a night, the transportation is convenient for a few minutes is the old port, and the house is too big! The hotel is also very advanced

The InterContinental Marseille is undoubtedly the best luxury hotel in Marseille. Housed in a converted historical hospital, it offers a unique and charming ambiance. The breakfast served at the Terrace boasts breathtaking views and includes delicious freshly made waffles and refreshing orange juice. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. However, upon our late arrival at 11pm, we were disappointed to find only cold sandwiches available for room service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zenitude. The room was spacious enough and kitchen facilities were a welcome surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we spoke little French. Great location.

We chose Japanese brand because usually it is a guarantee of quality. This hotel is very close to the main train station, easy to walk to tourist spots and is generally clean. The reception staff are friendly but those who work at the canteen have really bad attitude - they don’t want to serve you at all and have very annoyed face. I took only 3 seconds to think about what I want to drink and the guy already tutted me. The lady who serves bread threw the bread on my plate like feeding pets. Really unpleasant experience and I dare to say no one will ever experience that in Japanese inns IN JAPAN. The owner must be disappointed to hear their staff are ruining their brand.

The king-size bed, a real cocoon of comfort, ensured us nights of deep sleep, which is always appreciated after a day of sightseeing. Another strong point of the room, and not the least, is its soundproofing. We were not disturbed by any outside noise, which greatly contributed to our relaxation. It was literally perfect in terms of sound comfort, perfect for resting in complete peace. If you are looking for a spacious, well-soundproofed room that will allow you to really unwind while enjoying a chic and comfortable setting, the KING SIZE room at the Crowne Plaza Marseille is an option that I recommend without hesitation.

The room is quite big and the location is good. I encountered some problems and they were handled promptly (the waiter was a big man haha). The service seemed okay. Breakfast is self-service and there are many people. It is still incomparable to the domestic ones. There are no toothbrushes and slippers, so you need to bring your own.

did not refund me my deposit. for some reason they didn't refunded my deposit. speaking to them ” they had an error on there system” and they said its there fault, trying to sort this out I kept calling to speak to the manger as the manger is the only one who can sort it out. after calling and calling the manger finally called me back to say he will send the money to a different card as they couldn't sent it back to the same card ( amex ). the manger called me at a time when I couldn't talk or had time to be given card numbers, so I asked him to call me back in a few hours, never heard from him again and never got my refund.
