Service was excellent, the experience was a true definition of hospitality. Every single detail was covered, room was spot on, service was impeccable. The staff assisted us on everything, giving us advice of where to v visit and what times, helped us to organice the activities we wanted and comparing with people from other hotels, with a better deal. But my favourite part from the stay was the breakfast made by Hamza, who was always there for anything we would need.

Suites were a fraction of what was promised, and the lobby wait was unbearable. Breakfast service was slow and poor quantities. Bad defensive management and intentional cancellations to prevent negative feedbacks.

Very nice room, bath and WC facilities, well furnished. Very quiet at night, good sleep quality. Restaurant dinner very tasty. Breakfast excellent but their take away b'fast on the day of my very early departure was awful, old pancake and cake, a little cheese, no drink or fruit. For that price, they should provide something better. Satellite TV had no signal. WiFi good. There were 15 decorative pillows in the room and I did not know where to put them. Why so many?

Non scrivo mai recensioni ma questo Riad e il personale meritano le 5 stelle. Pulito spazi enormi confortevole. Il personale oltre ad essere ospitale e disponibile è stato molto attento ai nostri bisogni. Colazione varia, abbondante e su richiesta ci offrivano anche fuori menù. Posizione comoda con facilità si raggiunge ogni angolo della città. Cosa migliorare? Il caffè 😁

wij kwamen hier op goed geluk naartoe omdat we slaapplek nodig waren. we werden vriendelijk ontvangen, maar kamer was nog niet klaar. Deze zou om 14:00 klaar zijn. wij kwamen weer om 14:00 en ja alles tiip top voor elkaar! heerlijke nachten gehad hier! :)

Posto favoloso, stanza e parti comuni curate in ogni minimo dettaglio. letto comodo come quello di casa. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile . Posizione ottima sia da raggiungere in taxi dall’aeroporto sia per muoversi per i principali posti da visitare. Consiglio vivamente.
