This was the best hotel/Riad (7 in total) we stayed at during our trip. The location was perfect - in a busy and lively area of the old city, but not too difficult to find if your driver drops you off by the correct entrance.
We were greeted warmly by the manager and her team, who made sure that we had everything that was needed to make our stay special. The Riad is beautiful and cozy with seating in small little coves here and there. Our room was beautifully decorated - simple, but stylish and super clean.
We were always greeted with smiles that were genuine and not forced, and felt that the team here really enjoyed their jobs and took pride in showing the best that Marrakesh has to offer.
We had a spectacular breakfast on the roof terrace. It was more than the simple Moroccan breakfast and we really appreciated the efforts they made to keep everyone warm with blankets.
This Riad will now be placed on our “highly recommend and must return to” list.

We were in the Oumaima before the earthquake and found the ambience unique. So cozy, so perfect, so lovingly decorated. Even compared to other riads, it had something unique about it. We have been there three times. It was not possible to book the riad for a long time. The damage from the earthquake must have been extensive. The pictures after the renovation are unfortunately sobering. What made the house so special was the sensitivity and attention to detail. What you see today is a tired imitation of that. What a shame about this beautiful gem. The world is one pearl poorer.

What a beautiful stay in Marrakech! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and completely at home. The hotel is beautiful and so peaceful. Zeyneb and the ladies that work here are so, so kind and cannot do enough for you. Abdul and the night time staff are so lovely and chatty. The food is beautiful, breakfast and evening meal (if you want it) was delicious! It was our first time in Morocco and we absolutely fell in love with all of it. We could not have asked for a better holiday! Thankyou so much and we will definitely see you again one day! ❤️ shukran!

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina with exceptionally kind and charming staff who go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. Beautiful rooftop area where you have breakfast and can have drinks in the evening. Like most places in Marrakesh tricky to find so ensure you book a taxi with them from the airport. Didn't use the plunge pool as quite small and in the reception area but we did have dinner one evening which was truly delicious. We were a family of 6 - adult kids and partners and everyone enjoyed their stay thoroughly thanks. Only minor issue - sporadic hot water and a bit noisy when guests returned/got up due to tiled floors and door bolts. But would recommend as a good value, comfortable, authentic place to stay for your Marrakech visit with most locations only an easy 15 min walk away.

Tucked away down an alleyway off of the souk is this absolute gem! An oasis amongst the hustle and bustle (and craziness) of the locals selling from their stores to the mopeds racing past. We had a first floor room which was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The roof terrace was where we had our breakfast and also has sun loungers and even though we were in the middle of the Medina was surprisingly quiet so an absolute chill area. Breakfast (8-10) was delicious and set you up for the day. (They also had beer and wine in the fridge should you so wish which was perfect) The staff could literally not do enough for you and were amazing. Would we stay again? Absolutely. 👍🏻

Riad situé dans la magnifique ville historique de Marrakech, au cœur de la Médina. Un véritable sanctuaire de sérénité au milieu de l'animation urbaine. Des chambres d'une propreté irréprochable et une literie confortable vous attendent. Le petit déjeuner, agrémenté de délicieuses crêpes marocaines, est un pur délice. Les tajines y sont tout simplement exquis. On se laisse enivrer par les parfums envoûtants qui émanent de ce Riad. Des massages relaxants peuvent être réservés sur place, et diverses activités sont organisées avec soin, avec un service qui vient vous chercher à la porte. Mais ce qui m’a le plus touchée, c’est la bienveillance du personnel et des propriétaires. Nous avons été accueillies comme des princesses. Du thé est servi tout au long de la journée, et une aide précieuse est toujours à disposition si nécessaire. Je me réjouis déjà à l'idée d'y retourner et je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Sarah et Nicolas pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme exemplaires. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

Ce Riad est un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la ville animée. L'accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions du personnel ont rendu mon séjour des plus agréables. La propreté irréprochable des lieux et l'ambiance authentique m'ont immédiatement séduit. De plus, sa localisation centrale m'a permis de profiter pleinement de tout ce que la ville a à offrir. Une expérience à vivre absolument pour une immersion totale dans la culture marocaine.

Expérience magique dans ce havre de paix en plein cœur de la Médina. Une bulle de douceur au milieu du tumulte et de l’effervescence de Marrakech. Nous ne remercierons jamais assez Zineb, la perle du Riad pour son accueil chaleureux. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et copieux. Les chambres sont superbes, spacieuses et accueillantes. Les services proposés (massage, transfert, conseils) sont qualitatifs et tellement précieux. En famille, en amoureux, entre copines, n’hésitez pas, foncez chez Nicolas et Sarah.
